We are close to our rehearsal type dates where we set everything up, making sure we have everything but is there anything that sticks out to you that you think we should need ?

Everyday I pray for God to take care of my and my physical, mental, and spiritual health; even when I am already struggling. I trust in Gods plan everyday and will never stop following him.

But even after all this… new physical pains and injures just pile up on top of each other which seriously impacts my mental health too. Sometimes I fear for the state of my life and am not sure what to do..?

I have so many struggles physically that just keep piling up one after the other at the same time and it deeply impacts my mental health. Please pray for me.

SPECIFICALLY THE SONG “finesse”

I didn’t know that Bruno mars was heavily inspired by the king of pop himself. You can definitely hear the inspiration in a song like “finesse”

I always have golfers elbow that comes and goes maybe honestly every few months. It’s not really painful but the idea of it just pains me mentally.

Whenever I get a flair up, it gets mildly stiff and I can feel it all day. Any tips to get rid of this for good ? I also have a flex bar.

I’ve been aware I’ve had De Quervain's tenosynovitis for a while now maybe about 4 months and the symptoms have been pretty mild. Overall self treatable and doesn’t really at all affect me.

⭐️ ive encountered a thumb fatigue issue that would lead to a mildly stiff thumb and I’m wondering if it’s De Quervain's tenosynovitis ? I’m thinking it most likely has to be but I’m wondering if it does make sense ?
