Model Sparks Fierce Debate After Telling Women Never to Get Married

A model has set the internet alight after telling women, flat out, not to get married. And people cannot agree on whether she's a visionary or completely wrong 💍

MJ Gray, a self-described "supermodel billionaire" from Texas, posted a video urging women to reject marriage altogether, framing it as a historical trap rather than a fairytale.

"Marriage was the act of making women property," she said. "Marriage was the property transfer of a woman between her father and her husband. Regardless of how you feel about it, that's the fact."

She didn't stop there. She said she "relishes" the idea of staying single and doesn't want children, and argued that rising divorce rates simply mean women finally have the freedom to walk away from marriages that were never serving them.

The clip has pulled in huge numbers and split its audience straight down the middle.

Plenty of women are cheering her on, calling it the wake-up call a lot of people needed, and part of a growing wave of women choosing themselves first.

Others think she's thrown the baby out with the bathwater, pointing to long, happy marriages and arguing that one bad deal for some doesn't make it a scam for everyone.

And plenty in the comments simply pointed out the irony of taking marriage advice from someone busy selling a personal brand.

Whether you nod along or shake your head, she's clearly touched a nerve that runs deep right now.

Ariana Grande - this woman needs help

Tbh I’m not even snarking.

Ariana Grande looks terrifying in her new music video, and not in an “ewwww gross” kind of way. But in a “damn, she’s not going to live too much longer” kind of way.

Do her family and friends even care abt her?!?! Probably not. They probably see her as just a cash cow and as long as she’s making headlines and movies/music, they can cash their cheques and dgaf what happens to her.

Her chest looks like Eugenia Cooney’s. And I didn’t include it in the post photos, but the shots of her face up close have insane amounts of loose skin…I’m an RN and I’ve only ever seen this in patients who are severely underweight and malnourished (at her age), either from an ED, cancer, some sort of bowel disease like Crohn’s, or substance abuse. There is absolutely *no way* this woman is healthy.

I’m tired of being told to StOp TaLkiNG aBt pEoPLe’S bOdiEs 🥴 when that person is literally killing themselves, and using said body as a means of marketing their product to their *hoards of young fans*. Yk, the very people who fund her wealth.

Just found this sub, I’m so happy it exists, and I hope it becomes more well known

I remember when this turd blew up in the 2000s during his My Space days. Hated his ass since day 1.

I have absolutely no idea how anyone can stan this fuckass, washed-up edgelord clinging to relevancy by a thread.

Jeffree Star Hooking Up With James Charles Grooming Victim (Gross Behavior)

Ethan is an adult and he can make his own decisions, but he is born in 2005/2006 and Jeffree star is 40 years old. Jeffree only hooked up with Ethan because he is a James Charles victim and Jeffree hates James. If Ethan wasn’t a victim Jeffree wouldn’t even pay attention to him. Jeffree has a thing for younger men (his ex boyfriend Nate was 10 years younger than him) but this age gap is too much and it’s really gross.

What were your least favourite fashion trends from 2010-2015?

My least favorite, by far, was the Vanessa Hudgens boho chic/white girl goes to India to find herself aesthetic. Including Free People core. I personally just really hate the silhouettes (can’t stand anything shapeless and drapey), the colour schemes (rust and mustard yellow 🤢), and the patterns (paisley 🤢🤢🤢🤢). The accessories were also super ugly imo..the flower crowns and headbands that cut through your forehead. The performative namaste shit was also super annoying.

There’s also more from this time period that I personally hated, but this is my most hated. Anyways, let’s see yours!

A lot of adults on Reddit are too weirdly fixated on high school and thinking everyone wants to “feel special”

This is a sentiment I’ve seen over the years made by full fledged adults here on Reddit. I’ve been using this site since 2010 (with many new accounts over the years), and I’ve always found it strange how many completely grown people who are still obsessed with what happened in high school. Whether it’s insults (eg: you must not have been popular in high school) or just questions abt it in general inquiring what high school was like for people.

High school is, in the grand scheme of things, a very insignificant portion of a human’s life. This obviously excludes trauma that could happen during this time period, but trauma can happen at any period of a child’s life. No one seems to hyper fixate on that like they do highschool.

Until this post, I can’t remember the last time I actually reflected on my high school experience. I do not ever think abt those people or what I did in high school because it is simply irrelevant to my adult life. And I think that for well-adjusted adults the same should be true.

The same goes for this sentiment of “everyone wants to feel special”. Like I see the insult used “you’re not special or you’re not unique”, which relates to the high school obsession. The vast majority of well-adjusted adults could not give a flying fuck abt being special or unique, yet for some reason there’s an abundance of adults on this site who use this as an insult towards other adults. In fact, it’s a damn blessing to live your life unbothered and under the radar. It’s honestly one of the most freeing things to accept that no one on this planet is special or should be worshipped, lol. This ties into the high school thing because this is a common characteristic of teenagers. They’re trying to find their identity and often a part of that is wanting to be unique. However, if you, as an adult, think that most other adults are fixated on this then it says a lot more abt you than it does the people you’re trying to insult.

Anyone who is fixated on this is weird af, and probably needs therapy of some sort.
