Why are job interviews getting harder to pass?

In my experience, I have easily passed interviews without so many questions around 10+ years and without any online assessments.

Now I feel that no matter how structured my answers are, they still rejecting people. The amount of rejection is affecting me on how I now perform and feel useless. Is there anyone else feeling this way?

Has anyone by any chance found any brand of washing up gloves that are not thin, break easily and long lasting? Is Marigold the only option?

What is the best mobile network provider in the area?

I am on Three and want to switch for a long time. My signal strength is around over 105dBm and told that not everyone can hear me on the other side clearly when making a call. (Nothing wrong with my phone or microphone)

GP removed my mother out of the blue

My mother had been going to the surgery for 10 years and all of the sudden was removed due to not responding to a NHS letter. I only just found this out when I was trying to get medication. They believed that she did not live at the address but they just called me last month to which I told them I will call back later due to sickness. She is a diabetic, old and needs both medication and someone to help her, so isn't this dangerous?

This is on a online job application, are they allowed to ask this?

This is my first time seeing this on an online job form for a new place. I don't know what to think or how something like this is approved. I know there would be people filling this in.

Who do you write down as your emergency contact if you don't have anyone?

If you are completely alone in life, no family, no partner or kids, no close friends, don't know any of your neighbours, don't have a flat mate, who do you write down when filling in those forms?

I mean completely alone.

Is 3 years unemployment a red flag to interviewers?

What I have been doing at all this time was either volunteering at a local charity shop, caring for a family member (I don't need to now) and looking for a job.

My last job was a Christmas temp last year, it shut down before I could work there full time. I did get a few interviews but unfortunately rejected.

What else could I do to get back to work full time? I am starting to look at agencies.

Edit: I have made many different versions of my CV, deleting/adding stuff, I still am unable to land a full/part time job.

What did you think of the Sesame street episode with the Wicked Witch of the West?

I watched it on YouTube and it was a good episode and don't think it was that scary enough to get it banned.

Whose parents found it was too scary to complain? I understand things were different back then but I am not sure of the impact it had.

Did Forklift training and courses/license really used to be a thing in the past?

I am trying to find warehouse work at the moment and most job posts want someone who knows how to use a forklift. I am looking at these courses now, I am just wondering if this is another new way to get more money out of us? Did people used to teach this before this market happened?

What are your opinions on the security gates where you scan your receipts to leave?

I understand it as there are a lot of thefts but I am uncertain about how people leave without buying anything after couldn't find what they want to buy.

Edit: Now, when I think about it , I don't understand how the ones in primark actually works. For those who have no seen it yet, you are going to see it soon in the big shops.

Why are people being rejected for being desperate?

I find this really odd as most people know how bad the job market is and that people have bills to pay. Since they are looking for someone and the post says 'urgently needed' and the person is happy to start the job ASAP, what exactly is the problem?
