Well, that's what I get for trying to do something different, when I already had a good thing going. Just spent WAY too much time fkn around with this stupid other brushless. I'm pretty sure it's it's shorted inside the motor windings, because it just shakes and gets SUPER HOT. so I said fk it and just plugged in a zorgmax, just to make sure I'm not going brain dead, and it works MINT. well that was annoying, and now the 2.0 gets a zorg.... I'll have to try and figure out cleaning up the banana connectors🙄🙄🙄😡😡😡

Also, slyp...I won't be making that video for ya about the new motor..... but I'll say this....I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Started mounting everything up, got alot of cleanup to do, no inline connectors and no extra wiring is the goal... we shall see🤣

Stayed mounting up the 5000kv brushless. Going to spend time eliminating in line connectors and any extra wiring, but it's looking like something finally👍

Just got the chassis and dang it's nice. Finally a chassis that is legit lcg. I put it next to the ADU chassis, and you can definitely see a major difference in the front angle, especially between the transmission case and the rail. Got a bunch of different parts to try on this build, so I'll update as the build progresses👍👍

Did a little d19 swap, somehow Frankie is even wider 🤣🤣and her fatass is well into the 300 club now🙄 she still moves like she's 250🤣🤣

Decided to do the body in white pearl with 4 coats of pearl Clearcoat, the camera doesn't pick it up great, but it's super pearly. Still waiting for the brushless to arrive. Need to start wiring up some lighting, and figure out how to run power to the trailer.

The belt drive was a fun experiment, but just ran into to many issues. So gear to gear it is 👍👍 just a bit more to finish up and then it's DEFINITELY time to find some rocks, I think I'm getting a little depressed about it being apart🤣🤷‍♂️

Started messing around with lights for the gooseneck. I think 2 on each side is enough. There's really no extra room for lighting, so it's going to be tricky as it is, but if you know me.... it gonna have lights🤣🤣

Coming up on the 2 years carryversary. Boy, what a great daily imo. Glides from the pocket, never had a bruised thigh like i got with my last Kershaw daily. I hit metal with it more than a few times, and the edge still feels great. Looking forward to many more years of service👍👍

As if I needed to start another damn project, but I just don't touch the k10 because it's brushed. So if I change that, I'll use it more👍 just trying to get an idea of what people are doing with their electronics location. Im thinking the esc will go where the stock reciever/esc was so I can access the on/off switch from the hood, and then the reciever will probably go right on the inner rock slider panel. Probably going with another meus 8ch

Sooo... things aren't looking too good🤣🤣 ALOT of metal throughout the case, appears that one of the output shaft bearings failed and starting eating into the case, probably causing the gears to start cross meshing. Alot of the gear teeth look rough, and there's a couple of large chunks stuck in between a few teeth. The shift fork coupler gear looks pretty rough also. Im guessing I thought this thing came fully greased, but the bearing that ate the case is pretty dry. New transmission is getting fully greased, then the countdown begins🤣🤣
