Anyone else getting a pop up under your apple id in settings that says services included with purchase on ios 27.0? My phone is older though se 3rd generation 2022

Under the settings app it says under apple id "SERVICES INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE" but I havent bought anything. I dont want to buy anything. I was afraid if I clicked it that it might make me buy something and I dont want to do that. Luckily when I tapped it a screen came up and said services unavailable. Thankfully when I clicked ok it went away. BUT I dont know, Im sure itll pop up again. Is this a bug in ios 27.0? Ive heard others say its happening to them too.

UPDATE I found a post where it is a known bug https://www.reddit.com/r/ios/comments/1wmw86g/comment/pbbr8cm/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
