I get it, RAM prices currently are TOO high... but what makes people think anyone is gonna buy their RAM kits for almost as much as a whole low end PC..?

If I’m spending that kind of money, I’m going straight to a retailer where I get a warranty, easy returns, and zero risks. Im 100% sure that not a single person will buy it even if theyre rich.

got a wraith prism from a 2700x and i dont have the rgb cable for it anymore. motherboard is a b450f.

the original adapter literally just looks like wires going into a connector so i was wondering if i can just match the wires myself and bind them together in the same order instead of buying the actual cable. (i’m broke) (yes that broke..)

I’ve had this mouse for over 6 years. It’s been through a LOT, as you can see, yet it’s the only one that didn’t break.

A day ago I bought a new mouse because it’s getting hard pressing the buttons when you don’t actually have them anymore. The mouse arrived and guess what… the mouse broke before I could even test it 😭

I’m too broke to afford another mouse, so I’ll stick with this one till I can afford a new one, but I just wanted to let y’all know that Razer is doing a great fricking job and that i’ll never throw this mouse away no matter what.

steam account got hacked and i need help

i hadn’t used my pc for a while, but when i turned it on i was logged out of steam and my account details were changed. my email, username, and password are all different now. when i try to log in, it says my username is incorrect.

i was still able to find the account and i have the steam id, but everything seems gone. i already sent support tickets but i don’t know what else to do.

i enabled 2fa on my other accounts like google and they seem fine now. i also clicked something in an email to lock the account, but i’m not sure if it worked.

i don’t know how they got access since i hadn’t used my pc in a while.

if anyone knows what i should do next or how to recover the accounts, please let me know i don’t want to lose my steam account

i recently visited romania, and saw a corner tech-shop and decided to give it a look since i didn’t have anything else to do at the moment. i looked around untill i saw a Trident Z Neo 32 GB ram kit for about 170 bucks. (it was 850 lei) it was used but seemed like a good deal considering the ram prices nowadays. especially since it was a 32gb kit.

everything was fine, until i went to a local library to look at some books and watch some anime. i opened my laptop, watched anime for like 20 min then i got bored and went to look for a book i was literally not gone for more than 3 minutes and i come back to a single RAM STICK ON THE TABLE (where i was sitting) a single stick bruh dude didn’t steal my bag with my laptop in it and my jacket but he/she stole my ram..? he/she didn’t even steal both sticks he/she stole literally a single stick he/she made the effort of opening the pack and stealing just one of the two sticks. i went around looking for the bag, asked a group of teens if they have seen someone with a white/red plastic bag and guess what none of them spoke English nor romanian, i went and asked the lady in the front if she has seen anything or anyone and she said and i fucking quote “ do you think i have the time to be looking at what bags people have” lady, i asked you kindly, if you’ve seen anything why are you this rude for literally no reason. anyway i went outside perhaps i could find at least a clue or something but sadly didn’t. fast forward two days, i am not in romania anymore. Question now is, if i buy a NEW 16 gig stick, will it work with my current 16 gig stick?

PS: since g.skill has lifetime warranty, can i get a replacement?

PS: I genuinely hate my life
