Is it a bad take to say Pernida kinda looses to Ulquiorra or Barragan?

We seen Pernida take Kenpachi and Mayuri’s limbs but that shouldn’t be a problem with Ulquiorra who would just grow them back. He‘d just spam nukes from a distance instead of getting close

As for Barragan, Pernida’s nerves can’t even touch him due to respira lol

Pernida imo was the least impressive sterrnritter, no physical stats, no battle iq no nothing. Just “I‘m going to touch you in a non consensual way”
