I made a parcel, and then submittwd request afterward. Why didn't they follow my request for the parcel?

I purchased an item, a framed poster, and made a parcel for it. Then, I realized it would be too expensive to ship with the frame, so I subsequently asked that it be removed from the frame and rolled up. However, now I see that they packaged it with the frame despite my request. Does the packaging and request fulfillment not happen together?

I bought a framed poster. Should I ask for it to be removed from the frame and rolled up, or would shipping with frame be not too bad?

The dimensions are 75 x 53 centimeters, and it weighs 800 grams. If it was rolled up I think it would be like a 53 centimeter long roll. Is there a specific way flat items like a framed poster can be shipped without wasting space, or should I just resort to the tube shipped? Anyone have experience shipping posters in tubes/frames with zenmarket?

If I want to confirm how my item arrived to warehouse, should I request the photo service or is there another way?

I bought something and I am wondering how it arrived, what it looks like.

edit: I will do that then.

I bought a poster. I thought it was framed, but I guess not. Lighter than expected. Should I request photos?

I thought I bought a framed B2 poster, and was kind of worried for the shipping, but the weight was like 800 grams, which is a lot lower than I expected. My assumption is it was just rolled up which I think is fine. However I don't really know which shipping to use for it. I also don't know what the dimensions of the poster look like. Is there another way to ascertain the dimensions of the item, or should I request photos in this case? First time using zenmarket, and first time buying a poster.

Plushie Fellows, should I use ECMS or Air Delivery to ship my plushie? Is the difference just that Air Delivery is faster? Mostly worried about my precious plushy getting here safely.

Did the "15+ Collectible Doll Plush(No Batteries)" and 9503000090. For the plush.

I ordered spicy boneless wings and I am dying. At the airport.

Buffalo wild wings blazing knockout flavor. I ordered a 10 piece and I am pretty sure they gave me 11. I am traumatized.

Update: I'm fine but I never knew that my tummy could feel the spicy. It just feels like the inside of my stomach is affected by spicy.

What is a fair price for Pitch Black Booster Box?

I have seen a listing in my Local FB pokemon selling group and there is a PB Booster Box for $175. Is that a good price?

Good Portable CD Player under $50

Hi, anyone know of any good cd players under $50? I used to have an old discman I bought but it kind of stopped working and I can't trust it anymore. Do newer players work just as well and use less battery, or should I try to find an older one? Preferably one that doesn't stop when I shake/move it. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Mercari Japan kind of is pissing me off

This is the third time I bought something from mercari Japan and there was a problem with it. I cannot understand how nearly 40% of my orders from Meecari Japan have some issue with them. eBay is honestly so much better, and I don't mean that in a good way. I have never had such an egregious issue with eBay purchases. I like Mercari Japan because of the niche goods that are way more affordable here than in eBay. I don't think that should come with the consequences of a large defect rate. Just my thoughts. How are everyone else's experiences?

My Mercari Japan Experience So Far, and A Notable

I have been using mercari japan for the past few weeks and it has opened the door to an otherwise closed world of once expensive merchandise. So far it has been weird. The last two items I received, they were both not as described. The first one was listed new, but it was actually used, which was fine because I was using it anyway. The second delivery was described Almost New, but was actually damaged. An unfortunate coincidence my two parcels were both problematic.

I asked Mercari Japan support for help for the second item, as it was unacceptable, and they refunded me the entire item price and kindly asked me to dispose of the item. I felt this was extreme, and believed the seller would basically lose all their money in that case? I feel bad despite understanding the seller probably did know the item was damaged. This is because what I bought is very important to me and for the seller to have sold it to me makes me feel I owe a gratitude to them in a way for the transaction. So, for them to lose the money would mean that I betrayed them kind of. Did they betray me or did I betray them??? So, I am considering asking mercari support to just refund me a little bit because I feel bad for the seller. What do you guys think? Any similar experiences?
