We finally made it, boys! After a lifetime of console gaming, I decided to pull the trigger at 23 and build my first PC setup.

I saved some money by picking up open-box items on eBay and finding deals locally on Facebook Marketplace. And before y’all mention the single stick of RAM—trust me, another one is already on the way 😂 I got a good deal on the first stick: $130 for 16GB of DDR5-6000 CL30.

So far, it runs beautifully. I’ve been able to play pretty much everything I’ve tried at high or max settings in 1440p. I picked up the monitor on sale while I was still learning what to look for, but it’s been working great, and I have no complaints.

And yes, we went all black with no RGB. My only complaint is the case’s tinted glass—it makes it hard to see the components inside. Hopefully, a clear replacement panel becomes available down the road.
I also discovered the T1 after finishing this build, and those cases look amazing. I’m already considering moving to a T1 build in the future.

This is my first PC build and I’m completely stuck. Yesterday I flashed the BIOS using Q-Flash and everything powered on normally during the process. The fans turned on and the BIOS flash completed successfully.
Today, the only things I added were the CPU and GPU. I didn’t unplug or change any of the motherboard/PSU connections that were working yesterday.
Now when I flip the PSU on and press the case power button, I get absolutely nothing. No fans, no lights, no debug LEDs, no fan twitch — completely dead. I’ve also tried different wall outlets with the same result.

I’ve checked that the PSU switch is on, the 24-pin motherboard cable is connected, and the CPU/GPU power cables appear fully seated.
Since everything powered on yesterday before installing the CPU and GPU, what would you guys troubleshoot first? This is my first build, so any help is appreciated.

Just picked up this beautiful 5mm 16” chino link chain and double sided pendent for my son !

I’m looking at buying this solid 14K religious pendant that weighs 4.0 grams. The seller is asking $340. I offered $300, but he said he could get around $297 from his refiner, so he wasn’t interested in taking my offer.
The only issue is that the current bail is too small for my 5mm Chino chain. The seller said I could take it to any jeweler and have a larger 14K bail installed for around $20–40.
So I’d be into it for roughly $360–380 total after the new bail.
Do you guys think that’s a fair deal, or should I keep looking? If you’ve had a larger bail installed before, what did it cost you?

Just picked up this 14K gold-filled Chino chain and wanted some honest opinions. How does the color look? Does it pass as real 14K at a glance, or does it look too yellow/orange? Looking for unbiased feedback.

I’ve had it for about three months been going great put out a new leaf. The new leaf recently died and now the original leaf seems to be dying. This is corn grown.

Just picked up this used crimson red Weber Premium for $100 and I’m pretty excited about it. What are some of the best upgrades or mods you’ve done to your Weber kettle?
I’m definitely looking to swap out the plastic handles for wooden ones, so if anyone has links to good quality wood handle kits, I’d really appreciate it.
Also, are there any must-have accessories, maintenance tips, or common upgrades you’d recommend for someone just getting into Weber kettles? Thanks!

I just picked up Pineapple Bonbon, and all I can say is it smells amazing. Definitely one of my favorites so far. For those of you who have it, what kind of longevity are you getting on skin and clothes? Curious how it’s been performing for everyone.

I’ve been trying a few Montagne fragrances lately and my favorites so far are Blue Talisman and Pineapple Frais. Blue Talisman is probably my favorite. It just smells really soft and smooth to me. I get kind of a creamy, bubblegum smell with some pear. It’s hard to explain but I love it. Pineapple Frais is really good too. To me it smells really close to the original Creed Aventus. I was honestly surprised how close it was.
TYGR grew on me after wearing it for a full day. I didn’t really like it at first, but the dry down is really nice. The only one I’m not really into is Afternoon Dive. I don’t hate it or anything, it’s just not really my kind of scent. I just got these, so I still need to wear them a few more times. This is just my first impression.
What other Montagne fragrances do y’all think I’d like based on these? I’m not the best at smelling notes, but this is the best way I can describe them lol.
