Question: I wonder how Mr Morden and the Shadows would have responded if instead of vengeance G'Kar had simply answered: "An apology, and restitution"
I wonder what his response would have been?
I wonder what his response would have been?
Do you think the arrival of the planet killers was a slight mercy for Mr Morden in terms of what probably awaited him if there hadn't been such a rush to deal with them. (Trying to avoid spoilers as best I can)
I'm not a good player - range between 800 and 1000 mmr usually. But - I've had more than a few times where my opponent has surrendered mid battle, before the battle has fully resolved and it looked like I was steamrolling his force only for me to watch the replay and observe that if only he'd waited a few more seconds he'd see that he eventually wins the round.
It's a strange feeling when you can see your opponent quits in frustration and if they'd just hung around a few more seconds they would have seen they'd had a win.

The 3d assets are mainly purchased from 3drt.com and from the itch.io asset store.
The audio assets are a mix of purchased, generative AI and self made effects.
The source code is C# using raylib_cs and the download inlcudes all the relevant source needed to compile and run the game.
It's single player, a set of last stand scenarios.
There's some options in game that aren't documented : Press F1 to bring up a console menu of sorts for debugging but it lets you run the game slightly different if you choose to. Press F5 to bring up immersive view mode which shows scenes like the above rather than the traditional RTS view that normally shows.
The config file lets you change things as well.
The game runs on modern PCs and also I can get it running on my older 2014 potato PC with some minor config changes at a reasonable framerate.
Greetings
the game is a last stand RTS of sorts. Build infantry, tanks and other vehicles to defend your base.
Assets are mainly purchased from 3drt or the itch store and a few self-made assets as well. Sound is a mix of purchased and AI generated.
Each battle goes for approximately 10 minutes, but it is possible to last longer than that.
The objective of the game is to survive until you're overrun.
Just a comment of appreciation for the game.
Eg...you have a game, it runs, it plays well, it's all programmer art or placeholder art. A wealthy developer team offers to leave the actual game code program unchanged and simply change each media file one by one specifically 'for your game'. How much better does it end up being?
They'd be extremely easy to build: Program captures screenshot of your state of play, sends to webserver, coach watches vision, types a few words into a textarea, gets sent back - client program on second monitor shows the image and the annotation the coach has made.
At it's simplest it's a screen capture and upload utility using curl/wget to upload, a simple html page with an img, textarea and paragraph element, some javascript to call a php program and done.
I don't know if it's a problem ethically for the game but these sorts of things could let people teach others how to play by giving them real time in game advice during a play session.
An older movie but with well a well known actor.
The game is a last stand scenario where you fight against waves of attackers using tanks, infantry and walker robots.
The visual assets are a mixture of 3drt.com, itch.io assets and self created assets.
The audio assets are also from a mixture of sources but also include some Generative AI audio files.
The code (C# and shader code) is included in the download. The game uses the Raylib library.

Thanks,
Matt.
Here is a video of the game in action:
Most battles are under 10 minutes in length.
The game puts you in charge of a base where you can build defenders to try and stop the waves of enemy attackers who are launching at you from all around the base.
It's a work in progress and has been in active development since January 2025.
The options menu contains the ability to change some of the game rules and play style that the game uses during battles.
The game is a last stand scenario RTS game.
You fight against waves of enemy attackers trying to demolish your base.
The game includes source code in the download (C#/raylib).
The assets are sourced from 3drt.com, the itch.io asset store (vegetation mainly), and a few other sites.
Some generative AI is used for some, but not all, of the audio.
Most missions run for less than 10 minutes total duration.
The game has been in active development since January 2025.
It is a hobby project, made for the fun of creating it and to learn Raylib/C#/Shaders
Thanks,
Matt.
The game is a form of RTS that has you try and survive against waves of enemy attackers, using soldiers, tanks and walker vehicles.
Most missions last about 10 minutes or less. In the main scenario the objective is to last as long as possible, in the shorter missions the objective is survive for 10 minutes.
There is one main scenario and seven secondary scenarios.
Control scheme is fairly standard, left click to select, right click to move/attack.
The battles go through a day night sequence where a full day is about 5 minutes in length.

Assets are from 3drt.com and the itch.io store.
Source code (C#) is included wiht the game.
I've mainly made some changes with post processing and also softening the overall look.
I've also added some muzzle flash style effects and some other effects.
Game looks much improved.
My opponent played very aggressively attacking the front line with a bunch of tech-ed up rhinos and some other stuff.
I defended with fangs, steel balls with 'choose highest hp tech' and marksmen with 'assault marksmen' tech. When the enemy starts close, and is trying to close to melee range assault marksmen seem quite useful. Arclights to take on the chaff.
And some crawlers and a pair of phoenix to distract in the upper corners.
Oh...and emp sledges to soften up the rhinos on the way in.

Assets are purchased from a variety of sources including 3drt.com and the itch.io asset store.
Some 2d artwork and music is Ai generated.
Shader code and C# code is included in the download.
Game is currently available for a limited time at $1 for the month of July.
Opponent's backline full of low damage dealing units....so stick an armoured, repairable, shielded tarantula in his backline along with a nuke and watch as they all get sucked towards it as the countdown does....I thought it was pretty funny. As I said, didn't win the game, but did win the round... 900mmr give or take a 100.
Easy to counter, but the levelled tarantulas with armour and repair on the flank are a gimmick tha tsometimes works okay.
MMR between 800 and 1,000.
Opponent had a rhino and some wasps that he kept mobile beaconing into my tower that I foolishly let him do for several rounds until I got down to 33 hp and stayed there the rest of the match once I did something about it.
It was a good game, bots and explosions going boom over the battlefield.
Chaff, chaff clear, dps, and tanks.
I made this as a hobby project and started it in January last year (2025) to learn the Raylib library.
The game is a form of RTS, a set of last stand scenarios.
The assets are mostly purchased from stock asset sites like 3drt.com and the itch.io asset store.
There is some AI audio in the game, but most of the game is either created by myself or purchased from various stock asset sites over the years.
The download includes source code and shader source code.
