There is no reason to be intolerant or anti-immigrant. You just need to apply the actual laws of any western country, Germany included. You do not approve of a crime, you do not incite to violence, you do not incite to hatred. All these are actual crimes. Just apply the law as it currently is and all problems will be solved.
