any tips on getting lead position at Popshelf?
I want to work there so bad but for some reason I never hear anything back. I’ve been a lead for 3yrs now & have tons of operations experience. What am I doing wrong?

they told me to expect to hear from them “in a couple days to a couple weeks” after my in-person interview. I interviewed last Thursday so it’s been a week today. But ngl im getting nervous. Thought i interviewed pretty well
edit: I didn’t get it, what a waste of time lol
Im still covid (& every virus atp) conscious and haven’t been sick in years due to masking but still haven’t gotten an air purifier because getting the wrong one scares me. I bought one second hand before due to money issues & it was a dud. I don’t have a lot of money to waste so im hoping to find one that can give me peace of mind.
I know you can build one and I plan on trying that also, but I’d like to buy one for now.
im going on vacay with family soon and renting a vacation home. I think this is the perfect opportunity to go ahead and decide on one. Im going to crack windows, take an air purifier and Clorox air sanitizer spray and just hope for the best.
im also wondering if you guys are putting this position as “management” on your resumes when you leave or apply elsewhere? Not planning on leaving any time soon but im a lead now and i did want to officially add management to my resume. When i applied it said “entry level manager” but the position i went for was “service team leader”.
After doing some research it sure seems like STL’s deserve the entry level manager title lol!
The only copy I can find on the internet is $96 😵💫 if anyone has a copy PLEASE scan it and upload it to the internet archive. It looks like such a great read. I’d love to buy it if someone has it

just tried to recreate this lettering type & im definitely overthinking it. especially the slant of the capital “A” lol. what specific books have tips on changing the axis of serif lettering? I looked through the lettering manual by Ken barber and unless I missed it I don’t think there was a lot about this.
Going through the application process now & hoping to get hired. I figure it’s physically taxing but do you guys think it would be rough for a 30 year old woman that’s pretty active? I’m extremely ready to leave my current gig (poor management) so if I have to give it my all for a while until I find something else I definitely will
EDIT: I posted this on the wrong account and had to repost, sorry!
hi, all. I have a phone interview tomorrow for an entry level management position at a new location they’re opening.
Anybody here had a phone interview with them before & remember it? Also if anyone has worked at a location that wasn’t opened when they got hired & had to train at a different location, how did the hotel & gas accommodations go?
Anybody have this position & have any pointers? Desperately need to leave my current gig so I can spread my wings lol
I’ve seen ppl say they didn’t like working there but they say things about their routes & such. Has anyone had any issues or complaints with working in the stockroom? I’m really good at detailed work I can focus on and be left alone to do so it sounds perfect by the description. Thoughts?
