Fellow Feeders! With DOT Blitz week upcoming I have a few questions

I have a customer pick up about 140 miles away and pass a few weigh stations. Do I need to get a copy of the Bill of Lading from them? My onroad said he’s not sure and dispatch said they don’t think so. What do I do if an officer asks for it? Do I just say UPS doesn’t carry them?

Customers usually don’t seal trailers or put a load bar in them so should I just put a seal on there without paperwork and just bring a load bar everyday?

I was checking out the dates for some tickets and one had 11 out of 24 top prizes won in 2022, im assuming that’s when the ticket was released and only 1 in 2023 and 1 in 2024. Will they print more top prize tickets since the remaining ones haven’t turned up in 2 years?
