Anyone familiar enough with grading to know what this would do to the grade or familiar enough with cleaning to know if it’s removable?

Any advice for cleaning up a little pen smudge on a cover? I’m guessing it’s Sharpie so maybe I’m SOL?

I’ve been using Informed Delivery for years and I very rarely have received tracking email updates for packages.
However, two week ago I suddenly started receiving many of them. They are for legit packages that are on their way to me, but I don’t want them.
When I follow the unsubscribe link, I see the page below. Neither box was checked when I first got to this page. No matter what I do, the emails have continued.
Any ideas for how to make them stop? I can’t shake the feeling that I’m missing something obvious!
I’m generally a pretty good finder of things online, but I am at a complete loss here. The only ones I can find are from a what it seller who puts a backing board in them and charges $6 each!
