Ny strip shaved by hand, onions, mushrooms, peppers, pizza sauce and my custom blend of cheeses on a tiger roll. I live in New Zealand where philly cheese steaks or pizza steaks or any of the various spin offs are few and far between and generally use something like slowcooked brisket rather than grilled shaved steak, so what I make at home is as close as I can get to the real deal based on everything I've read about them, so please forgive me for it not being the proper traditional style! I typically use shaved rib eye but they had whole ny strip for sale at the store which I was happy to shave by hand.

Misses backed into a car next door and insurance is claiming 7.5k to repair. I know very little about body work but it seems excesive to me. She was not going fast at all so I highly doubt any framework was damaged..

Lost the motivation to make anythung for a while but finally starting to get the urge to make something sharp again! This is going to be a harpoon fighter with a double edge/sharpened swedge (jusy zero ground technically but still sharp!). Blade material is damascus clad hitachi SLD with a block of black and white damascus g10 for the handle. Still unsure if i'll go steel or brass for the guard.

Absolutely love the compound grind on this tanto blade. And the slight recurve, despite making it a PIA to sharpen, adds a very destinct style that makes this my absolute favourite tanto blade folder on the market visually atleast. Blade is N690 steel which I am a big fan of despite being a fairly budget mid tier stainless steel.

What a fantastic wee folder it is! Very much a no frills edc actually use it kinda knife. But with a magnacut blade which, from everything ive read, has been wonderfully heat treated to around 62-63. Liner lock is a bit of a step back with all the newer styles of locks available, but its what the RAT has always had so they've stuck to that. And super cheap too, probably the best value magnacut folder on the market.

Honestly feeling a little dissappointed in myself. Feel like ive made good progress on my VMO's and a bit on my hammies but quads are leaving a lot to be desired and almost look lile they've shrunk. Im not sure if its lack of growth or just loss of fat making them look smaller.

I quite like how they are posed in terms of torso, legs etc. But wondering if it'spossible to swap the arms over on them?

Probably get some flack over this as its not super traditional, but these are my absolute favourite.

Shaved ribeye cut into 1/2 inch wide ribbons, cooked with onion, green peppers and mushrooms. Sharp cheddar and melty burger cheese (goes alot better than some might expect, try it before ya hate it!) on a decent baguette spread with marinara sauce.

Where I live pc parts are stupid expensive, paid around 5k for this, but ordering all the parts was going to be around 6k so for once buying a prebuilt was actually cheaper. Seems like the shop was still selling stock from before the price ramp on ram and storage hence why it was cheaper..
