"Group chat fatigue" is real, and having 5 different active group chats is genuinely exhausting.

i feel like we’ve reached a point where you’re expected to be completely available 24/7 just because everyone has a smartphone.

between sports teams, work stuff, friend groups, and random side projects, having your phone constantly buzzing with 47 unread messages from three different platforms is draining. it feels like a second job just trying to keep up with the inside jokes and logistics. we need to bring back the era where you just didn't talk to people until you saw them in person the next day.

any rub issues running 21/22 aftermarket wheels on a c8 z06?

looking to swap out the stock wheels on my z06 for a set of custom forged monos, leaning towards doing a 21-inch front and 22-inch rear setup just to fill out the fender gap a bit cleaner.

car is at stock ride height right now but i might do a slight drop on the factory collars later on. for those running a similar staggered setup, did you run into any rubbing up front at full lock, or does the traction control/abs get twitchy with the altered rolling diameter? trying to figure out the perfect tire aspect ratio before ordering.

best exhaust setup for a 992 gt3 rs to get that rsr cup car wail?

stock exhaust on the 992 rs is decent but it sounds way too muffled from inside the cabin, especially with all the new restrictions. i want that high-pitched, clean gt race car scream at high revs without completely ruining the daily driveability.

been looking closely at the soul performance race package or going with the fabspeed titanium valved setup so i can still quiet it down when pulling into my neighborhood. for anyone running aftermarket pipes on their 992, did you do just the catback or full headers? also did it throw any soft codes or cels with the valves?

AIO for being annoyed that my friend keeps "borrowing" my tools and gear without asking first?

We hang out in the same garage/gym space a lot and he’s a good guy, but lately he’s been grabbing my lifting gear and mechanical tools whenever I’m not looking. He always puts them back, but sometimes they aren't in the exact spot I keep them or they're dirty. I haven't said anything yet because I don't want to make it weird over a wrench or a belt, but it's starting to get on my nerves.

Best commercial setups for quick, high-quality stripe patterns?

Looking to upgrade my walk-behind setup to something that lays down incredibly clean, professional-looking stripes for residential accounts. Are you guys using custom weighted roller attachments, or does the factory deck setup on higher-end commercial mowers do the trick natively

Fabspeed x-pipe on an SVJ?

Thinking about pulling the trigger on the fabspeed valved supersport x-pipe for my svj. Stock exhaust is just a bit too quiet for me.

Anyone here running this setup? Trying to see if it gives it that high pitched scream or if it’s more of a deep rumble. Also did it throw any cels after installing? Thanks.

Hit a major milestone ($30k/m) with a boring local service business. Why does everyone here obsess over tech startups when traditional businesses are so much easier?

I spent two years trying to build a SaaS product and an e-commerce brand because that's all you see on social media. I failed miserably, burned through my savings, and got trapped in constant analysis paralysis. Six months ago, I gave up on the tech dream and started a simple commercial pressure washing and property maintenance business in my area. Last month, we officially crossed $30k in revenue with zero social media presence, a basic website, and local B2B networking. It’s not glamorous, but the margins are insane and the competition is practically non-existent because most local guys don't even answer their phones. It made me realize how oversaturated the digital space is. For those who finally broke away from the "tech or bust" mindset, what was the traditional business that finally worked for you?

Predator 212 ghost

I got a predator 212 ghost, when i get mid rpm's ish there is a HUGE vibration and kind of rattling sound. Rpm's lower and or higher than that dont make the noise, bolts all seem tight so i dont think its that.

Is this normal? The engine is probably around 50 hours or so of run time and oil is changed very regularly.

Is the Predator 212 Ghost actually worth it, or should I just build out a standard 212?

Looking at putting together a new build and trying to decide on the powerplant. I know the Ghost comes out of the box with a digital ignition coil, a higher RPM limit (around 6,000), and a beefier internal setup.

But by the time you buy a fuel tank, a slide carb, and a decent exhaust header, you're looking at a chunk of change. For that total price, could I just get a standard $150 Predator, drop a billet rod, a mod2 cam, and some 22lb springs in it, and completely walk all over a Ghost?

What are you guys actually running on your trail/street setups? Do you prefer the reliability of the Ghost right out of the box, or the raw power of a home-built hemi/non-hemi?

Remembering when a 1TB drive felt like an infinite amount of storage space...

Now I download two modern open-world games, a racing sim, and an update file, and my NVMe drive is already crying for help.

What's the one game currently sitting on your drive right now that you refuse to uninstall, even though it's taking up an absolutely ridiculous amount of gigabytes?

What is the absolute worst part of grind season for you?

For me, it’s not even the live wrestling or the brutal conditioning days. It’s that exact moment during a tough weight cut when you're completely exhausted, starving, staring at a bottle of water you can't drink yet

Is it just me, or are cheap Amazon torque converters an absolute gamble?

Put a budget TAV clone on my 212 build a while back. Some weeks it runs absolutely flawless, and then out of nowhere it just decides to start shredding belts or binding up for no apparent reason.

Is it worth it to just bite the bullet and buy a genuine Comet, or is there a specific trick to keeping these cheap clones perfectly aligned and alive? Let me know what you guys do to stop losing belts.
