My daughter got me into Chainsaw Man last year and I fell in love. She hinted at me cosplaying as Denji, but I didn’t want to buy a pre-made mask, and I was struggling to make it out of foam and plastic. My friend’s brother has a small 3D printing business and took on the job for me. I bought the 3D files on 3demon and within a week he had it ready to go. I am a big guy (6’4” 240) so he increased the overall size by 20% to accommodate my big head. He then adjusted the 3D design and sized it for a Pochita blade and handle, which my daughter will be wearing with an orange wig, orange button up, and black tie. I’ve spent the last couple of weeks assembling, sanding, and painting, and love how it turned out.

This was such a fun project to put together and paint. It makes me want to get the files for other Chainsaw Man characters and make a set!

I was trying on a new shirt and shoes for my Denji cosplay, and my daughter ran to her room and got the wig from her Bakugo cosplay. I am 3D printing a Chainsaw mask and arms, so I won’t be wearing a wig during the upcoming con, but we were rolling laughing when I tried it on.

Anyone else remember the day these were released each month? I’d be waiting at the door of the music shop for them to open to ensure I got a copy. Found some of my favorite numetal artists from these. This isn’t my picture, but I saved 10-15 of them until I moved in 2015, and they disappeared.

Fell in love with these guys when Jinx came out. They have a Rage flow on some songs, Cypress Hill on others, so probably leaning towards rap rock, but they were part of my numetal phase.

But for real, there are some bangers on these. I stopped buying them after the 4th; went heavy on the boy bands after that.

Got this guy 5 years ago this month. It’s been seasoned, rusted, stripped, seasoned, stripped, seasoned, rusted, ruuuuuusted, stripped, and seasoned.

In celebration of the anniversary, I made smash burgers and snapped a pic for y’all! Sláinte!

Back in my day, nurses would INSERT A SWAB into the tip of your urethra to get a sample for testing… Peeing into a cup is significantly less traumatizing.

Y’all are gonna get sick of me by the end of the summer, but I have the wildest growth on my biggest tree. I got this about 7 years ago from my MIL. It was about this size 4 years ago, but if you notice the center, the large top branches were unfortunately knocked off by a bocce ball during an intense match in the yard. No biggie, just cleaned the break and sealed it. 4 years later the big 4 branches have matured, so I thought it time to prop it. Cut two right around the old break and planted those and they’re thriving. The branch that I had to chop down because of some winter rot is thriving with 8 new branches, which will be fun to see how they fight for space. The interesting part, I had to trim a small side branch on the top of the tallest branch, and now it’s sprouting multiple branches below the tip. I’ve been growing Plums for 9 years and have never seen anything like this! I’ll make this my last post until they are more mature.

Side note, the woman who hit my tree is a dear friend and she felt terrible. I cleaned up the break on that as well and put it back in the dirt. 3 years later it was nice and big and healthy. So when my friend moved into her new house, I gifted her a Plumeria (it’s kinda my thing and she always wanted one)… which just so happened to be the branch she knocked off 3 years prior. We all had happy tears.

As a “lawn connoisseur” myself, this child infuriated me more than anything. The whole episode makes me frustrated and I usually skip it.
