Öffentliche Wallbox an Straßenlaternen nachrüsten. Machbar und sinnvoll?

Hallo zusammen, in Chengdu (China) habe ich einige öffentliche Wallboxen gesehen die scheinbar an Straßenlaternen nachträglich angebracht wurden.
Es sieht so aus als wurde eine Öffnung in der Laterne gemacht und die Stromleitung der Laterne genutzt um die wallbox mit Strom zu versorgen. Die wallbox selbst ist mit Stahlbindern an der Laterne fixiert.
Ich frage mich ob das nicht eine kostengünstige Möglichkeit wäre auch bei uns einige weitere lademöglichkeiten zu schaffen ohne vorher aufwändige Beton arbeiten leisten zu müssen.

Wie sieht ihr das? Kommt bei so einer Laterne überhaupt genügend Strom rum um etwa eine 11 kw Säule zu betreiben?

Ich fand es einfach nur sehr interessant zu sehen und wollte das mit euch teilen.
Ich hoffe dieser Post ist mit den Regeln dieses Subs konform.
