frustrated with leg fat
I am 5 foot 56kgs teen. I hate everything abt my body but mostly my thighs. Having thick thighs isn't a blessing, I cant cross my legs, during summer my inner thighs gets rashes and cant even wear short dresses.
I have no say on diet since I live with my family and my meals are mostly white rice. I have been skipping breakfast since I was like 14 but still no results and instead, I gained weight.
I need advice on how to lose thigh fat cus I am actually losing my mind over this; I hate how every other girl my age has such a fit body and here I look like a ballon.
Also I dont have gym in my area so pls do suggest yt vids that has helped u lose leg fat, I am trying to eat healthy but it's kinda impossible when every meal is white rice and some fried veggie. I do have a pull up system in my house soo if any leg workout is there using that pls do advice!!
