I want to upgrade our battery doorbell so we can have the night vision but since there’s no trade in program directly through Ring what do you do with the old device?

My jumping spider will need more feeders soon and all the pet stores in Ames have little selection for what she can eat. Are there any non-corporate pet stores nearby (even if in Ankeny or Des Moines) that have bottle fly larvae?

Is there any way to keep the audio from switching to CarPlay from Sirius radio? I keep the phone plugged in for the GPS to stay on the screen but I want to be able to open apps on my phone without it cutting the radio while my husband is driving.

One day driving there (about 9 hours), 3 full days, one day driving back. We want to stay in St. Ignace and will take a day to visit Mackinac Island. We also want to visit Tahquamenon falls, Newberry and Pictured Rocks if we have time. What are some other places to check out in that region of the UP? We will be coming from the south on US-2 and likely leaving from Newberry on the way back.

Did anyone else grow up having to prepare a backpack before storms hit? My mom used to make me pack an extra change of clothes, pair of shoes, a water bottle, some snacks and whatever else in case we needed to go to the cellar or if a tornado hit our house while we were down there. I was doing this one day to take the backpack to the basement and prepping a couple meals for the dogs and my husband thought I was crazy. I’m from Missouri, he’s from Iowa. Did anyone else do this or did my family teach me to overreact lol

Currently in SAVE forbearance and trying to plan ahead. I have 14 payments made toward PSLF and will continue working for a qualifying employer. I’m confused as to which options I will have for ICR/IBR after I need to move off SAVE. Is RAP a good alternative? How can I find where the amount would be without leaving my current plan? My servicer is MOHELA.

My husband and I have been together for nearly a decade and married for almost 5 years. Recently I received messages from a friend of his, I already knew they had a bit of a past together and she was even at our wedding. He would give me updates on her occasionally but other than that she never really comes up in conversation. She messaged me saying I shouldn’t trust him, he might be having an affair, and that I should check his phone more. I asked her what was going on and she sent me screenshots of conversations they’ve had spanning from a few months before our wedding up to a few months ago. In these he was flirting with her- calling her sexy, saying he loved her, one text even said he would be with her in another lifetime if him and I had never met. I confronted him about it that night and even showed him all the messages. He tells me he didn’t mean anything by it, that he loved her as a friend, he was trying to boost her confidence, maybe there were a few things he should not have said, etc. Over the next few days I would ask him more questions to clarify things and if anyone else was in the picture. He again said there was nothing and that he truly loves me. We talked some more in the following days and I really wanted to try to work things out, however betrayed I felt. He understands I’m still upset with him about this but I feel he wasn’t nearly as affected by this situation as I was. We’re trying to work on our relationship but I’m struggling to push those messages from my mind and debate if it was in fact cheating. I don’t know what to do at this point. I really love him but I’m not sure where to start in rebuilding trust.

Has anyone converted class materials such as docx or PowerPoint into PDF to convert to epub? I wanted to take my course reading materials from Canvas (most of them are currently in word document format) and try to download them to the kindle. Is this possible?

Cart is a Yamaha drive 2012 4 passenger with the flip down seat. What ways has anyone added extra accessories for storage (small backpack, etc) where stuff won’t fall off? Is being used as a utility vehicle and I need space to keep personal items.

My 2022 hybrid has around 128k miles on it already. I absolutely LOVE the car but now that I have a job that requires less commuting I’m debating if I should trade in for lower miles while it still has value. How long do you plan to keep your RAV before trade-in?
