Joined a self defence class and it starts Wednesday.
I’m a male. The class I joined teaches a variety of martial arts styles, such as Karate, Taekwondo, Krav Maga, BJJ, Judo and some Boxing.
What should I expect ? I’m an introvert so I’m a little nervous about meeting a bunch of new people. I don’t imagine we will have to talk much lol. The classes are one hour long.

I have to adjust his legs like seen in the pic so he’s almost doing lunges in order for him to stand correctly and then he still falls over sometimes.
