Recently Picked Up the Recap Films on Blu-ray so here's my small collection

Pictured are my Blu-ray copies of the complete series, Beginnings & Eternal films, Rebellion and Magia Record Part 1 (part 2 unfortunately has yet to get a physical release down here frustratingly). Had just gotten the boxset of Beginnings/Eternal secondhand on a whim just for completionist sake.

Alongside those is my Rebellion poster given out from the Australian cinema run, signed by English VAs Cassandra Lee Morris (Kyubey) and Cristina Vee (Homura) and two gachapon prizes, a sleeping Mami and Sayaka's soul gem.

Hopefully this also doubles as a prayer circle for Australia getting Walpurgisnacht Rising in cinemas without too much of a wait.

For those wondering: The new Evangelion 3.33 Blu-ray contains the 2021 Redub

Pictured here alongside the earlier re-release from 2024 (that reuses the Funi/Madman disc). Outside the slightly different shade of Blue & the note on the back about containing the 2021 dub, they look identical.

Additionally, this new release only contains the "Home Video" subtitles supplied by Studio Khara whereas the prior release had the "Home Video" and "Theatrical" subs.

Either way, definitely an interesting surprise for us to beat GKIDS in the U.S. to getting this set out (especially given that the Rebuild films have just about expired off Prime Video by now)

Some 86 merch I bought over the past 2-ish Months

Bought the soundtrack at Tower Records Shibuya during my trip to Japan in late May/early June. Comes in 2 discs (split between Hiroyuki Sawano and Kohta Yamamoto's contributions) and there's a bonus sticker sheet with a handful of the Spearhead Squadron's personal marks inside the booklet, which was a pleasant surprise.

Bought a fanmade pin of Undertaker's mark off eBay since it was real cheap, and just this past weekend at the SMASH convention, bought these official acrylic stands of Lena and Shin made for the franchise's anniversary (they were also selling key chains of both but Lena's sold out before I could get it & it didn't feel right just buying Shin's keychain by himself haha)
