Best small local bars/pubs

I’m originally from Ireland (grew up in England) but I’ve lived in Texas for 13 years now, I’m planning a trip to Monterrey for the first time, could someone recommend any small local bars (not clubs), I’m looking for the type of places where people are just sat at the bar making conversation without music blaring so loud you can’t hear each other.

Huge customer service line this morning?

Is something releasing today? Our customer service line was huge at 7:30AM and it looked like something was being handed out, the line was mostly young girls with their parents.
