Starting my weight loss journey
Im a 25 year old male whos 6ft 2 and 19 stone.
Ive got fibromyalgia and knee and hip problems so I cant do a lot of hard exercises and im also too scared to go to the gym.
So I was wondering what advice and exercises can people suggest for me because I wanna be in shape because im sick n tired of seeing what I look like in the mirror.
