Can Amazon simply prevent class action lawsuits with an update to the T&Cs?

I just received this email from Amazon and it seems to suggest they can simply update the terms and conditions and poof, all class action lawsuits go away. Can they actually do that?

How do you incorporate a hidden movement mechanic?

So, I’ve gotten into solo journaling rpgs lately and I’m having fun making up stories, but I would really like to play a bounty hunter scenario (specifically in Astroprisma, a space hex crawler). I can generate the initial encounter and novel and everything, but what about when they flee and goto another planet? I’d like it to be random but also I don’t want to know where they went, I want to hunt them down. My first thought is to roll a dice under a cup that corresponds to a hex, but how would I check that number (search the planet) without looking at it? Is there another way I can check where my bounty went? Thanks!

Is there a solo RPG similar to The Long Dark?

I haven’t found one and at this point I’m thinking of making my own game based on a hex crawl system in Astroprisma. Any suggestions?

Is there a game like Micro Macro where you are looking for clues except it’s a room?

Basically I really like Micro Macro, but I also miss old point-and-click adventure games. I’m wondering if there’s a game where you look at small details to solve a case but it’s just a picture of messy rooms and you have to find the clues that make sense? Rooms could be like a messy living room, restaurant, campsite, hospital, etc. I imagine it would have multiple rooms in the box, otherwise it would be over pretty quickly.

Spare pieces for Galactic Cruise

My punch sheets got mixed up and I had to request missing parts. These are the extras after sorting everything in the box. If anyone needs these let me know. Preferably in US.

House rules to make patrols move more in Star Wars: Outer Rim?

I’ve played about 10 games now and the patrols seem to hardly move at all. I can usually go around them on my turn and so have very little interaction with them. Do you all have any house rules to make them move more often or maybe I’m playing wrong?

Favorite game by Playte?

Recently found out about a publisher called Playte that makes games on the smaller side and many of them are solo or soloable. Does anyone have a favorite? I wanted to give one a try but it doesn’t seem like people are talking about them.

Winter, dystopian, but also everyday life

Looking for something that is dystopian, takes place in the winter (eternal winter maybe?), but is also about the day-to-day lives of people living there. Maybe a father is trying to move into a new position at work to better provide for his family but it would be in the same industry and only slightly different. A detective story would also be cool. Some of the day-to-day stuff from the Silo series was neat. Would rather stay away from high tech/cyberpunk though as I've read a lot of those.

Is there a mint tin version or PnP version of Fields of Arle?

I’m hoping to find a small, portable, and somewhat simplified version of Fields of Arle. Does anyone know if this exists? Thanks

Games based around clouds or the weather?

Just wondering if there are any games you like that are based on the weather and preferably solo of course. Off hand I can’t really think of any besides Daily Weather and A Gentle Rain which I have.

The start button on my rotate doesn’t work. Worth returning or try to fix?

What are people’s experiences with anbernic’s customer service and is it worth shipping back and forth to China?

Is there a shard where you can be invisible and just explore?

Basically I haven’t played in decades and would love to explore UO more, but I don’t have time to grind, fight monsters, and play the pvp game. But I do want to see things. Is there any shard where you can just wonder around (maybe invisible or invincible) and just see things? Like go into any dungeon, wilderness, anything. Even with a restriction where you can’t pick up anything or interact with anything, just look? That would be awesome.

Hot do you keep 3D printed grips on your vertical anbernics?

I got a 3D printed grip off Etsy since I find it hard to hold my RG35XX, but I guess I push up on the buttons or something cause it constantly slides out of the grip. Does anyone know a good way to keep the grip in place besides glueing it in permenantly? Thanks
