Is there anyway to check what quarter of the year a PS3 slim was manufactured? Just in case I see another 25XX out in the wild and has a 2011 MD. I gambled on the white one and luckily it was CFW safe.

CECH-25XX & CECH-20XX runs fine, however CECH-40XX has a dead HDMI. But the RCA cable is fine so it still works, but the owner didn't check it so he dismiss it as a no display entirely.

The controllers on the other hand... 1 has erratic ghost movements which can be fixed easily while the other has a busted X and PS button.
