M/31/5’9” [250 > 194 = 56lbs] (7 months) how much more weight to lose before I look good?

I’m currently on TRT and was killing it in the gym for almost a year so some of the weight loss was negated by some minimal muscle gains, but how much more should I lose before this damn fat goes away?

Been lowering dose over several months but I think I’m too low now

Last September I started TRT at 30 y/o with a T level of 170. Started at 200mg/week. Honestly, this dose made me feel TERRIBLE. I had horrible anxiety and sleep was shit. Fast forward to Nov, I lowered to 180mg twice/week. Felt much better on this but still not great. Feb 2026 I lowered to 120mg twice per week and honestly this was the sweet spot I think. I had energy, confidence, and many times where I genuinely felt 100% (which I hadn’t felt in years). I also had been killing it in the gym consistently since Nov and had some serious gains.

About 2-3 weeks ago, maybe a month I can’t remember, I lowered to 80mg twice per week. I did this because I thought dropping one more time would get me to that 100% all the time feeling. It did not. Way less confidence, less energy and ZERO desire to workout. I haven’t worked out in well over a month.

Obviously, I want to go back up to 120mg but how long should I wait to do that? Should I give my current dose the full 8 weeks before I attempt that? Also, can I go straight back up to 120?

Need some opinions/ideas

I just finished the first part of my patio update yesterday, but I’m struggling with the vision.

The purple is what I want to be a frame built from 6x6’s to hold a few swings and a hammock. The yellow is flower beds with a few pathways built in. Does this look stupid or anyone have any better ideas?

‘16 STI power steering issue

Over the last few weeks my steering has gotten worse. Until the car warms up, it’s damn near impossible to steer at low speeds and even after it’s up to temp it can still be pretty stiff. There is a very pronounced whining noise which I assume is the power steering pump. The issue I’m having is I cannot see any leaks anywhere. The reservoir is still at the recommended level and doesn’t change.

What should I be looking for?

Is this worth $800?

He had the felt replaced recently. He’s asking 800 and he can deliver for free. Is this a good deal?

Should I get my bumper repainted and how much should I expect to pay?

My bumper looks like shit with a ton of rock chips and other small damages everywhere. I hate it looking like this but should I get it repainted or just get a new bumper and hope the color match is good enough?

31M what does my vehicle history say about me

I’ve actually owned about 23 vehicles, but couldn’t remember the model years so left them out. Up until 2020 (vehicle 5) I only drove hoopties that I could buy for $500 then buy another once that broke down. College was rough.

Gained weight at week 5

Ive been on 20 units for 4 weeks. I started 30 units this morning.

Week 1: I felt a profound effect. My hunger was gone, no negative sides, and lost 6lbs (mostly water weight). After that, my hunger slowly crept back and by week 5 my hunger is back full force and I actually gained that 6lbs back. Is this normal?

How do I remove these stains and spots?

I’ve been using a pressure washer, foam cannon and washing pads and nothing is working. I’ve also been hand drying with a micro fiber towel to no avail.

Y’all weren’t lying

Just picked up this stock STI. I owned a 2017 WRX a few years ago and this STI is what I thought driving a WRX would be like. It truly is a totally different car in the best way possible. Now I know what ‘smiles per gallon’ means.

‘19 WRX or ‘16 STI?

I have the option to purchase one of these cars:

2019 WRX w/ 55k miles for $18k

2016 STI w/ 118k miles for $18k

I know the STI has some miles, but this will not be a daily, just a fun weekend/hobby car but it is bone stock and responsibly owned from what I and the mechanic can tell. This is also one of only 3 STI’s in a 250 mile radius from me and the only one under $20k. I have money set aside for a new motor eventually.

Assuming both cars have no issues, which should I go with? I’m leaning STI since I’ve never had one and it’s the exact color I want, but can STI’s get to 200k miles with good maintenance?

need advice to remove cat smell from couch

We bought a couch from marketplace and the owner had a cat that apparently lived on the couch. I don’t believe it peed on the couch, but it has a very distinct “never bathed cat” smell. We have tried everything from vinegar solutions, alcohol sprays to Amazon odor eliminators and the smell is still there, albeit much less than day 1. Any advice on how to totally remove the smell for good?
