Insurance recruiters

Who is everyone using for recruiters/staffing to help look for an adjuster position? I've interviewed everywhere and can't get anything. Currently with Big Red in Auto Injury. 6 total years auto claims experience.

Okay Liberty Mutual BI Adjusters

Okay Limu adjusters. I have my 3rd... yes 3rd phone screen for a BI position in the last 3 months. My brief background. I have 6 years auto claims experience. 2 with BI 3rd party and UM/UIM, 2 complex auto and 2 as an estimator. I work for Big Red currently. Any tips? I can get offers from USAA, AllState, Auto Owners but cant get anything from Limu. I was asking 75k which is a little less than what I make now. Any tips?

Ok Who is really hiring

I work at Big Red in Auto Injury and am looking for something that is more remote. Ive applied at Limu and cant get past the phone screen and Sedgwick denied me for am examiner role. I have 6 years claims experience with 2 in injury. Any remote jobs out there? Already submitted an app with Allstate as well. Located in AZ.

Interview questions

What are some of y'alls answers when asked "tell me about a time you went above amd beyond for your customer?" I just spit out a lame answer about taking over a claim from the adjuster and handling it essentially. For a BI role

What is going on

So i just did my live interview. I got the conditional offer. The person was having technical errors. She said it was giving her an "internal server error." We waited to see if I got the emails for drug screen and the conditional offer. I never did. She said someone will reach out. Anyone experience this before? What did you do?

Positive post here

New to security (I have corrections and military experience) and applied to Allied. They wouldn't start me until I had my guard card even though I was offered during my interview every time with Allied. I applied with Marksmen Security as they would start me without the physical copy. Honestly its nice. This is my 2nd job. I work 12 hour shifts on Saturdays at a data center just badging people in. Low traffic on weekends which is nice. Its so easy. I get offered to pick up shifts at this site weekly due to call outs which is expected in this job space and its nice to pick them up. Supervisor is great. Checks in on me every shift. Coworkers are young but a few solid dedicated workers. Turns out not getting on with Allied was a blessing. Pay is $21/hr and I just sit in an AC guard shack all shift. 0 complaints.

Questions about custody

I am currently in the Air Guard. My wife was looking to join Active Duty as a nurse in Arizona. She has 50/50 custody of the kids with her ex husband. I have read online about programs and things to help with this situation but is it possible for her to stay in Arizona after OCS?

Questions about jobs

Ive been in for 10 months in the guard (prior service) and waiting for dates to go to tech school. If I don't get dates by month 12 can I change jobs? My tech school is 6 months but I expected to already be at tech school. I would want to join a shorter school for personal life reasons.

Marksman Security

Anyone in Arizona work for Marksman? I got offers from them and Allied. Marksman pays just a tad more and has closer spots but Allied is larger with more opportunities. Anyone have insight to how Marksman is?

EDIT: I went in for an interview, filled out a paper application even though I did one online, and then was shown the locations with assignments. I picked one, onboarded right then and there and start tomorrow. No drug test (I don't do drugs anyways), no questions, just when you can you start lol. Starting at a data center making $21/hr

Voluntary release

Ive been in 10 months. I don't need basic just tech. I have no dates and was wondering if anyone has done a voluntary release from the guard. Its been such a gaggle. My wife has had to turn down promotions at work because they are in office roles and we cant plan anything because we have no idea when I will get slotted for tech for 6 months. I thought the Army was a gaggle but this is something else.

I think I got an offer

Went through all the interviewing with the live person. They extended a conditional offer and said I would get an email. Never did. Interviewed for a separate position and asked about my 1st one. They said they sent my information to the client to review before getting that email with 24 to 48 hours. Offered the 2nd position and accepted the conditional offer. Did I lose out on the first one?

Liberty Mutual BI Adjuster Questions

I have a phone screen tomorrow for a BI position with Liberty Mutual and had some questions.

  1. What is everyone's inventory like for 3rd party BI?

  2. What is your time off like?

  3. How is your yearly bonus?

  4. Are metrics crazy to obtain?

Everyone meet Trudy

My mitsubishi mirage got totaled when I was rear ended and I decided on a Hyundai Venue. Funny story... I googled "cheapest new car you can buy" and this popped up. Did some research and read countless reviews and even skipped the test drive. Full dive in! Loving it so far!
