Which of these Undertale AU fanfic concepts would you most likely read?

  1. Found Family AU where a group of sanses and papyri from various Fell aus slowly become a tightknit unit after a universe merge

-> kidnapping, but your kidnappers are so pitiful you kinda feel bad for them

-> When did i become the type of person to get a baby left on my porch?

-> i already wrote 5 chapters of this one

  1. Bittybones AU where passive!Nightmare's ghost blackmails corrupted!Nightmare into getting the gang an anti-error bitty as pet.

-> his name is kevin

-> used to be a class pet at a preschool

-> doesn't quite realize he was kidnapped by a gang

What is 'Hera Class'

Hi. I've only every delved mildly into SCP, but I was on r/UndertaleAU and was talking about the different Sanses would be hypothetically ranked.

One of the commentors mentioned that 'wouldn't Error be Hera class?' and I googled it, but couldn't find much on it? i'm curious as to what it actually is.

Birds of a Fellther lore post, part one: Creation and Anatomy of the Junction

Heya, been working on my fanfic for a bit now, and thought i'd write all this down before I forget, and also see what other people think.

The Junction is a combination of somewhere between 25-35 timeline fragments. It consists mostly of fell AUs, but there are several other types as well. There are approximately five to six thousand residents. It is not narratively supposed to act like the Omega Timeline, which is something I want to point out right at the start.

The Junction is a hot mess, and that isn't changing anytime soon, it is barely self-sufficient, and within the first two weeks of its unification an unknown number of its residents died, leaving it with the relatively small population it currently has. I don't want the Junction to be an angst fest; I just want to be very clear that I am not trying to make another Omega Timeline.

The main purpose of the Junction is to serve as a setting for my fic, 'Birds of a Fellther' which is about a Fellplates Papyrus named Goliath and his brother slowly picking up the pieces six months after the unification and expanding their family with several other fellas as they go.

Creation:

The Junction was created during a battle between Ink and Error (as these sort of things tend to be). Ink was seriously injured and fled to the doodle sphere, Error fired a gaster blaster through the portal, before Ink could close it.

This led to several of the 'universe papers' getting shredded. A creator known as The-Key-Who-Unlocks-Every-Door was watching the battle and gathered the shredded bits of the pages before they faded and reassembled what was salvageable into a single universe.

Not every piece of the junction was stable, leading to large swaths of the timelines being discarded, and what remained was rearranged. This meant that buildings from each AU appeared in neat rows set up in the style of contemporary neighborhoods and districts.

There was a two-week period of unrest before one of the Underfell Sanses who was already aware of the multiverse managed to contact Core Frisk. Core, with the help of Dream and Blue established several 'neighbor watches' made from the former members of the Royal Guards of their timelines.

While the Junction lacks any form of overarching government, there are dozens of small factions, which will be discussed in length at a later date.

It was decided to leave the Junction as is, once a semblance of order was achieved. For two main reasons, the first being that relocating five to six thousand people at once would be difficult, the second being that the majority of the people living in the Junction didn't want to be uprooted again so soon.

A few people did end up moving to the Omega Timeline, but not many.

Anatomy:

As mentioned previously, the Junction is made up of 25-35 timelines. Some of them have larger fragments than others. There is an overwhelming majority of Snowdin monsters in the Junction, especially the skelebros, due to most of the timelines being sanscentric. Causing their Snowdins to be more 'stable' and more easily salvaged.

While not Every AU has been decided, there are a good amount that have been decided upon. I will list them here.

Fellplates

Underfell (x3)

Flowerfell

Swapfell

Fellswap

Fellswap (Infant)

Mafiafell

Unnamed AU with Yellow eyed Fell sans

Farmtale (x4)

Axetale

Horrortale (Note: timeline distinct from Horrortale timeline involved with Nightmare and his Gang)

Storyshift (preboot)

Undertale (several, various)

Undertale (Neutral_Toriel_Queen)

Oceantale

Handplates

MamaCQ

Humantale

Underswap (several, various)

Note: These are all timeline fragments, and are not intended to be or impact the original AUs.

The major factions in the Junction are:

The Shopping district

The alliance between the four farmtale timelines and Axetale and Horrortale. The farmtale timelines were kept as intact as possible, so that the Junction wouldn't starve. During the first two weeks, the Farmtales were continuously raided, and several of the fields were burnt. About 12 days into the unification, the Farmtales made an alliance they were forced to abandon most of the farmland and concentrated their people in the center of the junction, where the fighting had been the worst and the central neighborhood mostly abandoned. The farm Sanses (Rye, Barely, Durum & Amaranth) where privately approached by Feast and Famine, the Papyrus and Sans of the Horrortale timeline.

Feast and Famine had already formed an alliance with Axe and Biter of Axetale, as their people had been located near each other in the center of the Junction during the worst of the fighting. After Horror and Axetale are added to the Farmtale Alliance, they recruit several unaffiliated monsters, and a handful of humans to retake the outskirts of farmland. They also establish the shopping district.

Anyone can buy or sell in the shopping district, but there is a tax that must be paid. Fighting is also strictly prohibited.

Grillbys'

While Grillbys' (mind the comma) is located within the shopping district, it is mostly considered its own entity. When twenty different Grillbys took over an abandoned mall in the shopping district, (along with one persistent swap muffet, and a handful of other restaurant owners) it became pretty clear that they would gain a lot of influence and quickly.

It is the most successful business (businesses?) in the Junction, and has its own private security force made up mostly of AUs of the Royal Pack.

Fighting is also banned. Though that rarely seems to stop people. As long as it doesn't get too rowdy, most disputes are ignored.

The Neighborhood watch

Set up by Blue to settle the unrest, there are three main watches, the Fell, Swap and Vanilla watch.

They patrol the three main neighborhoods, after which they are named. They mostly consist of Undynes (or Alphys in the Swap Watch), Papyri, the Royal Pack, and Sanses.

While some members of the Hotland guard do exist in the watches, they are much rarer, due to hotland having less of a presence than Snowdin and Waterfall, and less of it being salvaged.

The Mafia

Mafiafell was one of the few timelines to maintain its authority structure during the unification. MF!Asgore quickly took advantage of this, and managed to take control of a sizeable portion of the Fell neighborhood during the unrest. Several members of the Mafia are in the Fell Watch and they are not technically considered opposing entities. The Mafia expanded by recruiting from AUs where the main cast where still in stripes, or were trying to escape their own universe's crumbling power structure. Notably, this includes Mustard. A yellow eyed fell sans whose only salvaged piece of his universe was his sentry station (and himself)

Mustard later left the Mafia and joined up with Goliath.

...anddddd thats about it for today!

if you have any questions, please let me know. Birds of a Fellther is being posted on Quotev if you are interested. At this point there are only four chapters, but I am consistently updating it.

Fanfic recommendations anyone?

looking for some cool fanfiction to read about several AUs interacting, like the typical 'the machine does a Thing and now there are several sans & papyrus pairs hanging out in Classic's house' fics. I don't ship sanscest so its kind of hard to find AU content sometimes. Was wondering if anyone had some good recommendations they'd like to share that don't have sanscest, or... really any ship content. I read reader/character, but that doesn't really count as a ship i think. Its more of a lifestyle.

Trying to expand my understanding of the AU multiverse.

I'm really curious about how other people approach this, since my personal AU knowledge is pretty sparse and based heavily around the Nightmare-Dream conflict due to me joining the AU fandom around 2020 through animatics and gacha reaction videos.

I watched Underverse, and most of the big comic dubs on Youtube (The Thought, Handplates, Mama CQ, some of Horrortale, (where the is horrortale(why are there no complete dubs of horrortale))) that I could find at least.

I also read a... healthy(?) amount of sans/reader fanfiction on A03, which has exposed me a little bit to AUs like swapfell and fellswap (though, I have no clue how to tell between them) I know about preboot storyshift, a little about the Omegatimeline, have heard of Green sans, love Mama CQ, have a vague understanding of Reapertale and generally the ones that you would find being someone who got all of their AU knowledge off of youtube.

I like the dreamtale AUs aswell, but have found barely any content for them (specifically Dreamswap and Swapdream) that isn't just shipping them with the original multiverse peeps.

Anyway, i'm writing my own fanfiction now, and its heavily focused around Underfell and surrounding Fell aus, so I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations for learning more stuff? or if they just wanted to yap about their favorite AUs that'd be fine too.

PART 1 of making Deltarune versions of popular UndertaleAUs. {DREAMRUNE}

Not 100% sure if this counts as Undertale AU still tbh

There is a Tree.

A tree of Light A tree of Dark

A tree of Hope A tree of Dreams

Hidden away in a secluded small town, the Tree of Light grows. It is protected by the Vessel of the Light. Its branches are filled with Soulfruit. When a soulfruit falls to the ground a Lightner is born. Once a century, the tree grows a dark soulfruit, and the door to the Dark World opens, when the fruit falls and the Prince of the Darkness is born. He is taken into the Dark World by the Vessel of the Light, and a new Vessel exits.

When December Holiday's father Rudy becomes deathly ill, she steals a soulfruit in the hopes that it will heal him, but before she manages to get home, the Vessel of Light finds her.

Before the Vessel sees that Dess took the fruit, Dess eats it. She manages to get home with only a minor scolding, but in her SOUL a deep hunger has taken root, after eating a soulfruit, all other food seems completely unappetizing.

Dess's actions did not go entirely unnoticed. The door to the Dark World opened soon after, several decades too early, and a new immature, vessel wandered out.

With the dark soulfruit not yet grown, the Vessel of Light takes the next Soulfruit to fall into the Dark World.

When the Vessel returns, without the child, but unsuccessful in completing the cycle, blame falls onto the immature vessel.

The kindly Dreemur family takes in the child and names him Kris. As the years pass, the door to the Dark World stays open, albeit constantly guarded by the Vessel. With human Soulfruit being exceedingly rare, and Hometown being a small place, everyone knows that Kris is the immature Vessel. Kris is ostracized. The other children refuse to play with him, and sometimes will go as far as to attack him or throw things at him.

Dess being the only one who knows why the Dark World opened early felt incredibly guilty for the way Kris was treated. She made efforts to befriend the five year old and his older brother, she also introduced him to her younger sister, Noelle who was around his age.

With Rudy worsening, Dess convinces herself to make another attempt on the Soulfruit. This time, she brings Kris to distract the Vessel of Light.

While picking the fruit, Dess is unable to hold back her hunger, and she begins to eat them. The Vessel realizes what is happening too late, and is unable to reach Dess before she eats the immature Dark Soulfruit.

Empowered by the fruit, and taking the Vessel by surprise, a delirious Dess attacks and fatally wounds the Vessel before fleeing into the Darkworld.

The Light, now without a body, takes the form of a human soul and claims Kris as its new Vessel. It forces Kris to chase Dess into the Darkworld.

One of Kris's bullies- Susie- sees Kris go into the Darkworld and chases after him. The door shuts behind them.

In the Darkworld, under the Tree of Darkness, Kris and Susie meet Ralsei, the false prince of darkness, now unable to leave the Darkworld despite being a Lightner by birth.

He tells them that a strange figure had come through the door before them, they follow him in the direction it went.

An out of control Dess plants several 'Dark Saplings' which threaten to bring about the Roaring if they grow to maturity. Kris, now housing the light, is the only one who can destroy the saplings.

The trio of children set off (reluctantly, in Susie's cause) in the hopes of saving Dess, and both worlds.

J.M.J

A/N: Hello, this idea has been rattling around in my braincase lately, so I wrote a chapter for it. This will mostly be about Fell aus, but others will appear as well, the junction is a big place. Chapters may be a bit erratic, I dont have a backlog, if enough people like this I'll try to get a proper update schedule. Feel free to ask me any questions you have about this chapter or the wider AU.

It’s a weird feeling. To wake up in your bed, in a house that you’ve lived in for years, and then look outside and see something completely different than you expected. It had been six months, and Papyrus still hadn’t gotten used to it.

It was quieter here. In the Underground, sound had echoed. Even with the snow to muffle it, Papyrus hadn’t known just how loud living Underground had been until he wasn’t there anymore.

He sipped his coffee slowly as he stared out the window, looking out at the rows and rows of semi-identical houses that had been carefully transplanted to the Junction, each of them with different arrays of Christmas lights, flags, and wreaths. They were all undeniably his house. The same two story cabin-eqse structure that he had lived in since he was a babybones. They also weren’t. Or, they were?

Papyrus was still somewhat confused about this whole ‘multiverse’ thing. If he couldn’t get used to waking up in a new place, he didn’t know how he was expected to suddenly be ‘okay’ with his neighbors consisting entirely of versions of himself and his brother.

He didn’t think that his neighbors had quite adapted to it either. No one was outside. Not on their street. Not on their block. None of them had forgotten the reason there were several empty houses scattered around. A neighborhood guard had been established since then, but he didn’t trust them. They hadn’t invited him, so clearly they had poor judgement.

Sans thumped down the stairs. Papyrus set his coffee on the counter and turned to face his brother. The short skeleton mumbled a sleepy greeting. Papyrus grunted in response. Sans opened the fridge, groped around for a few seconds, and grabbed the bottle of mustard.

“That isn’t a breakfast food,” Papyrus said lightly.

Sans hissed at him. Business as usual.

The tall skeleton stood up and took the egg carton from the fridge. It was annoyingly light. There were two eggs remaining. Which made sense, mathematically, because they had been eating two eggs for breakfast for the past five days. That did not make it less annoying.

With a sigh, Papyrus set the two eggs on the counter and tossed the carton in the trash. He rummaged around in the lower cabinets until he found the specific pan he was looking for. The breakfast-egg pan.

The other pans were too nice to be subjected to the pan-destroying terror that was eggs.

Perhaps Papyrus was just bad at cooking eggs.

No matter! Eggs, unlike mustard, were a breakfast food, and he could cook them with only the… occasional… mishaps Even if he did have to scrub the pan more vigorously than he’d like afterward.

As Papyrus poked at the eggs in the pan, Sans slowly pulled himself together.

“Hey big bro,” Sans said.

“Oh my goodness, Sans, not now,” Papyrus said, refusing to look away from his cooking.

“Whaattt,” Sans began. “Can’t tall-erate your little brother?

One of the yolks popped, and Papyrus forlornly began to scramble the half-cooked mixture before it solidified too much.

“Can’t you pick something else to torment me about for once?” Papyrus snapped.

“I dunno, bro, that's a… tall order,” Sans said.

Papyrus threw the spatula at his head. Sans smoothly dodged out of the way. This was also business as usual.

Apparently, they were both tall when compared to their counterparts. Sanses came in more of a variety of heights than Papyri (who had decided on that name?) (he would kill them).

He wasn’t sure when Sans had picked up on the fact that his height bothered him. But from experience Papyrus knew he wasn’t going to let up any time soon.

Part of him wondered if his counterparts had this issue with their brothers. He flipped the eggs. A disgusting amount of them stuck to the pan… as usual.

Some things didn’t change, no matter what universe you were in, apparently.

After a few minutes of silence, Papyrus scraped the eggs onto a pair of plates, burnt pan crisps and all. He slid one to Sans, quickly following it up with a fork.

Sans poured mustard onto his eggs as part of his ongoing quest to convince Papyrus that mustard was, in fact, a breakfast food. Papyrus ignored him and ate his own.

They were silent like that for a long while, even after they were done eating. At some point, Sans stood up, picked the spatula off the floor, took both of their plates, washed them, and set them back in the cupboard.

He wouldn’t have done that six months ago. It didn’t matter.

“Something on your mind, Paps?” Sans asked.

He wouldn’t have done that six months ago either.

“We’re going to need to go shopping soon,” Papyrus said. That was a safe answer.

Sans noticed, he always noticed, but he didn’t say anything. “Today or tomorrow?”

Papyrus paused. “What day of the week is it?”

Sans checked his watch. “Thursday. I think. Time is weird.”

“Thursday is a better shopping day than Friday,” Papyrus said.

Sans nodded, even though he did not care about things like which day of the week was better for certain tasks or what food was a breakfast food. He still listened.

“The markets are probably open by now, but if we wait a bit, we could probably go for lunch at Grillbys’,” Sans said.

Papyrus frowned internally. They didn’t exactly have an income, and money was getting tight.

Still. It would be nice to be outside… or inside and somewhere else even.

“That sounds fine,” Papyrus said.

Six months ago, he wouldn’t have considered going to Grillby’s a pleasant idea for an outing. Well. Grillbys’ was a bit nicer than the Grillby’s. Maybe it would be alright.

Maybe everything would be alright.

basically, I have an old email, I want it back, ect ect, I have a vague idea of what the password is, maybe. I mean its better than having no idea. I was wondering it if would be feasible to set up some kind of program to try a bunch of combinations of the words I think might be the password.

i know that that doesn't really work normally because there is too many combinations, but if I was able to set it to only do variations of a few words would that be more reasonable? (and if that doesn't work I'd just assume that I was wrong about the password, but I am really hoping to get access back)

...wait is this legal?

Hey. I made my account back in 2020, and I ended up getting one story with decently high viewership and completing it. The issue comes with that my real name is on the account, and I was 11 when I made it. That is more than enough information for you to hopefully gather that the content on the account is very embarrassing and something I would like removed. I have reported the account, the stories in particular, i've submitted tickets on several occasions, but I can't log in because I forgot my password, and I lost the email tied to the account four years ago.

The only progress i've managed to make is that I got my ill advised 'face reveal' image removed. The story itself is still up though. The image is just removed.

I can't even open multiple tickets and just guess based on what stories i might've read at the time and saved to my library, because as far as i can remember, i didn't use the private library, and all the stories i remember reading are in the public library.

I really, really want this taken down so if anyone could share any tips they have, or if they were able to get their account taken down, or even if you just have ideas or sympathy that'd be great. I won't share the account name or anything since I don't want to draw attention to it specifically, but thanks all.
