Breakfast/pre wo meal. Cream of rice, whey protein, dark chocolate and fruits/berries

This is what I eat basically every training day for breakfast. Extremely easy and delicious

100g cream of rice
60g whey protein. 30g mixed in cream of rice and 30g made inte to a whey paste.
10g dark chocolate 85%
100g berries
1/2 banana
1 pear

I had a great time during my first show. I’m very pleased with the package I brought and the placings (2nd, 3rd and 5th in a pro qualifier).

Tried to make savory outs for the first time. Feedback is appreciated

Might not look that appetizing but was pretty nice for a change. Oats, chicken, turkey bacon and corn. Cooked the outs in chicken stock which turned out well but I’m very open to suggestions on how to improve it.

Stage shots from my first competition

Here’s some pics of my first showing ever in classic physique. I’m very happy with how the look turned out. I did novice(3rd), regional(2nd) and a pro qualifier(5th).

Prep was great, but felt very rough 6-2 weeks out. I’m happy with the package I brought.

I need more overall size especially form the back. I will begin an offseason and aim to compete again 2027.
