Mochi eats like a weirdo

Newly acquired stray calico has been to the vet, she's completely healthy and has no chip! So she's ours now 🥰 she has all her shots now, just needs a booster in a few weeks and to be spayed in a few months.

Adamant IT on YouTube posted this PC repair with this massive USB card. It has 16 ports and a fpga, it needs a 6 pin to power it. What is it? I can't find it online. Sorry for the poor pics

DVDs boot up and I hear them but nothing on screen. Sadly I didn't think to check external display before disassembly, but it's s-video and I don't have a cable anyway. Can't find any bad fuses or shorts. No obvious cracks or damage. Any ideas appreciated.

Picked up today at Too Many Games near Philadelphia. $1100. Came with bike, hook ups, a snes and mountain bike rally.

Smashed board, no boot. Glued the board, patched the traces. Works perfectly now. It's gonna be my personal copy, not reselling as it's an achievement plus not trustworthy enough to put into the wild again

The label looks good to me but that board is all wrong. Has 3 different dates on it and blobs. The game boots and I hear it running, but no video.

EDIT: Yeah not a bootleg. Thanks guys. Either way though, it doesn't work.
