So, I'm lowkey looking into Kingdom Rush Battles but don't want to become apart of the Pay 2 Win fun police. Is now a good time to join the game?

So basically, I've always wanted to be an official author as one of my last dreams that are still alive and I've decided to focus on my VR based protagonist as the intro into my main nobledark universe. This is so that readers have calm intro that's easy to get into without having any edgy details that any other hero or villains have. This will focus on a Norwegian kid who lives on a boat with a normal family/parents, no connection to other characters (at least for a long, long time) whose superpower is owning a VR chat and being great at the universe's top fantasy MMO.

My pitch for the series is that it follows our protagonist over a 5 book series and Halloween special that sees him playing as a druid that has to go up against rouge employees, players who copied the loadouts of world champions, funnily enough characters who would go onto become threats to other heros in the verse and eventually becoming a champion player himself.

Now, the part that worry me are that I don't want the series to end up like Sword Art Online and Ready Player One where, while they become successful, aren't seen as good series. I'd please like to hear it from the VR community on what you'd like to see from a new VR series.

So, currently quite a few housekeeper vacancies are available and my mum is wanting me to go down that path since the NHS are currently my best employer right now. However, I'm really not sure I want to go through with it so I'd please like to know what development opportunities that are available to them.

So, I'm at a point in my life, I know I need to diversify what I watch/do but I've found I just don't have the same kinds of passion I do for newer thing than the older pre established things in my life.

The best way I can describe it is with Kamen Rider (new) vs with Yugioh (old) media. Like yeah, I can see what's objectively good with Kamen Rider and I see what people like about it but I keep on just going back to other pre established media 96% of the time. I mean, I don't event duel anymore and I still go back to old 5ds episodes, am planning on going onto the Arc-V sub and am currently reading Yugioh R!

I always find myself just ... not having the same enthusiasm with newer things despite knowing I can't just be consuming the same stuff for as long as I have so I'm wanting to know what you guys say.
