It was very hard for me to ask because I have been turned away and criticized in other help subs before. I also have an intense fear of rejection, but I did it for my babies because I care about them and their needs. I appreciate that you guys helped me without criticism or remarks. It makes me feel a little bit better about needing help for my cats.

I would also like to say, thank you to u/BitchMcConnell063 for also being extremely kind. I still appreciate it more than you know.

Now my kitties can keep using their bathroom comfortably and I won't have to worry about litter for a while.

Does anyone have any tips for getting past Gold in ranked?
I can climb up until I hit gold and then I'm not able to get any higher for multiple sets now. Sometimes I even lose lots of LP for getting contested.

What's the easiest thing to work on improving? Is it econ, augments or something else?

I posted this to r/RandomActsOfPetFood, but it's been 2 days and I can not wait for it to be approved any longer.

I'm having an extremely difficult time trying to find any job right now due to my disabilities and my cats are out of litter. They will barely have enough until some arrives, but I do not have the money to purchase any and won't until next month. What they have in their boxes will not last very much longer.

Proof can be my Cash App, I guess? I don't know what else to add for it, but it's bad and I feel horrible having to get on here and ask for this, but I do not have any other option.

UPDATE: I FOUND THE FIX 07/31/2026

Okay, so this was unexpected lmao. I just spent the past 3 hours trying to troubleshoot this and eventually resolved the problem. This is exactly what I ended up doing:

- Saw that my Yeti Classic mic was labeled as "Steam Streaming Microphone" in OBS

- Disabled "Steam Streaming Microphone" and "Steam Streaming Speakers" in Device Manager

- Uninstalled both from Device Manager

- Uninstalled Steam from my computer

- Rebooted computer

- Realized that it still wasn't registering

- Installed Steam back to my PC

- Still didn't work

- Panicked

- Spent numerous hours researching fixes and was told numerous times that it was sudden hardware failure by multiple different sources (IT WAS NOT AND I KNEW IT!) Thank God for the power of d e t e r m i n a t i o n .

- Finally, a thought popped into my tiny brain: "Maybe if I redownload the drivers, my problem will be fixed." Hypothesis initiated

- I had to delete Steam Link from my phone since the code for it wasn't valid anymore after I uninstalled and I enabled it to where you can use Steam Link on PC

- Input the code to connect Steam Link to your PC and let it do its setup

- Connect and launch Steam in Big Picture Mode

- Exit and go to Device Manager and make sure that both "Steam Streaming Microphone" and "Steam Streaming Speakers" got reinstalled, if not, you may have to look online and see how to get it to download again

- Go back to whatever you were trying to connect your microphone to and check that it displays properly because mine did after not working the first time I got it.

This was such a stressful and weird experience, but I hope that it helps someone else resolve this annoying problem because I was about to rip all of my hair out thinking I was going to have to start a return for this microphone with eBay.

I also would suggest to Google how to make a savestate if you don't already know for when you get everything back in working order with no issues, so that if it messes up again, you can fix it without having to go through this whole process every time something goes out of whack.

I bought a Blue Yeti off of eBay for pretty cheap. ($28 USD shipped)

The only thing that's confusing me is that it's registering as "Steam Streaming Microphone" and not Blue Yeti or anything similar.

Is this normal? And is this an actual Yeti or is it aftermarket somehow?

So, I’m impatient and decided to use Sharpie instead of getting an easily removable option. How do I get the remnants of blue sharpie out of my little guy’s wings? It’s cotton and polyester, I think.

Since you guys were so kind to me in my last post, I decided to go ahead and buy the sewing machine that I actually wanted because I came across this one locally by sheer luck after I moved. Another thing I couldn't pass up. My mom's boyfriend was kind enough to buy it for me and let me pay him back for it later.

I got this one for $60 from Facebook Marketplace, machine and the cabinet. It’s in excellent condition but needs a new 3 prong power supply because the original is a bit busted (works fine, but shorts out when pulled a specific way.) It has some cosmetic damage (scratches) but I can live with that.

It’s so beautiful and I’m even more happy than I was when I found my other machine at Goodwill because it’s the one that I envisioned having. The lady I bought it from was also kind enough to give me some mineral oil specially for Singer brands. I’m not sure where to use it at though, since the machine feels like it needs some lubrication.

I’ve tried looking for more information online, but all I can get are similar models, but not the one I have!

I would appreciate a link to the manual if it’s possible. I’m going to keep both and have the one I got from Goodwill be for more in depth projects since it has different patterns available on it.

The thread was extremely knotted under the bobbin cover, so I had to do some work to unknot it, but everything’s fine now.

As stated in the title, I was gifted this succulent. The only thing I got told about it is that it needed about 2 spoonfuls of water every 2 or so days.

Can anyone tell me:
1.) What type of succulent this is?
2.) Watering habits?
3.) Best soil to use?
4.) Is this pot okay?
5.) Two of the leaves look.. dead? How do I take care of those?

So, I don’t know a lot about sewing, but I do know that I was really excited to find this at my local Goodwill because I’ve never actually found anything I’ve truly wanted there until I found this today. I don’t know a lot about sewing machines, but for $30, I couldn’t pass this machine up. I’ve only had one of the modern ones years ago that I ended up having to sell.

I bought it, took it home, investigated and plugged it in - it works!! I’m super thankful to have found it before someone bought it to resell because I think this sewing machine is worth a pretty penny. But it is now mine for keeps because I plan on using it in the near future.

Does anyone know what type of sewing machine this is? I’ve tried briefing myself on the model. From what I’ve found, it appears to be Singer 2502 C, from the 1900s? (PLEASE correct me if I’m wrong) Is this a good model and will it be durable enough to work with? I know Singer is a good brand, but nothing much after that.

I’d also love to know which parts I can take off and put in soapy water because this thing is pretty nasty and it needs a bath!
