I’m trying to get an ETA on when I should send a big parcel through the mail with some perishables (packaged snacks and other miscellaneous things).

It’s being shipped out from Canada to Brighton. I am in no rush to send it and would just like to know when it starts getting colder there :) I checked the Weather app but, it seems like there’s still a huge heatwave going on! Autumn gets here pretty early for me and it’s already cold. What is it like for you?

I’m always having to tailor my pants from nearly every brand and never sought out any petite-friendly clothing before! I know this is normal when you’re small and thin but I want to try something new this time;

I’d love some suggestions or recommendations for a petite-friendly brand that has cute low-rise baggy jeans? 🩷 A beautiful color of denim!

I’ve decided to spontaneously surprise her with a big box of goodies, I just have no idea what to send her! I’ll wait till the heatwave is over but, would love some ideas from anyone who’s visited or anyone who’s ever wanted to try things from here :)

I live in Québec, so I know I’m sending her cans of quality Maple Syrup, some Poutine sauce cans to make her own and some sweets we have that you don’t (ie; Coffee Crisp, Ketchup Chips, Caramilk..) but, I haven’t the slightest clue what else I could send?

Would love some advice or ideas, doesn’t exclusively have to be food! Weird stuff is fun too :)

(PS- Are there any rules against sending certain products? Anyone have personal experience with this?)

Realized I own no quality everyday underwear that is 100% cotton (the best for your health and comfort), so I decided to come on here and ask where you’re all buying from! Most of mine go through wear&tear too quickly, and thrown out quick!

I know Victoria Secret has sales often times but, what other brands are we buying from that are organic, comfortable and cute?

I spend so much money buying basics, that I complete forgot the most important aspect of my wardrobe should’ve been prioritized on my underwear first!

I’d like to try out other brands instead of the usual VS yearly sale- Any advice or recommendations are appreciated! 🩷

About a year ago, I had a severe panic attack induced by anxiety over what I presumed to be food poisoning. At the ER, they didn’t listen and prescribed me benzos. I had no idea what they were, and was told I had anxiety instead of simply treating the food poisoning. I have never ‘freaked out’ like that in my life- so health professionals overlooked my words and deduced I had anxiety disorder. Over the next couple of months, my body couldn’t handle anything normal anymore. I had restricted myself to ‘safe’ food like the B.R.A.T diet because anything else I ate ‘left’ my body shortly after, and would trigger severe episodes. It took a lot of medication to calm me down.

I suddenly couldn’t eat any dairy, fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, breads otherwise I would immediately puke it out. This turned into intense weight loss and I looked very unhealthy for a long time. It’s almost as if my brain programmed itself to be anxious at the sight of food? I would freak out right after I’d eat, or even during- and I never finished a meal.

I’m back to normal now, and can eat whatever I want. I was just curious if anxiety is so strong that it can do this? Can it rewire your brain into thinking some foods are ‘poisonous’ to you and force your body to take it out?

I have anxiety and severe panic disorder. It unfortunately got too bad to the point where I stopped leaving the house for years, coming up on four. I basically only leave the house for doctor or dentist appointments. I can’t live like this anymore. Medication dulls my mind and my skills. I only seem to surpass attacks after high doses of kpin, which is not what I want for myself.

For those of you who have service animals, how is it like? Have they helped you overcome and start living life?

(PS. I grew up raising a lot of animals. I even studied veterinarian sciences at one point, I love them with all my heart! I just never had my own dog longterm)

I feel like a toothpick about to break. It’s hard enough not liking my body, or not wanting to be perceived but- my health is in shambles. I’ve decided to start my fitness journey slowly. Doctor’s orders.

My only issue is I have absolutely no idea what to wear. I know this seems like such a trivial issue, but it’s important to me. I don’t want to be perceived.

What can I wear other than baggy clothes? I’m very petite & skinny. I really hate my body and the way I look. I just want to work out without thinking about it. I will also be starting at night. Which isn’t exactly totally safe but, it’s better than being seen.

What do you all wear when working out?
