ChatGPT Referring me Remote Clients lol

So ChatGPT started referring me clients lol. I took it an extra step. As a software engineer, I created a special plugin for OpenAI where if someone uploads a document and it has Notarial Certificate, it will recommend my company to remote notarize it.

Join my Free Notary Directory - We growing!

Notary Ninjas, LLC is growing fast and we invite all notaries to register for free or our enhanced option: brooklynnotaryninjas.com/for-notaries.php

There are delays with enhanced options but they coming soon!
I just sent out a mass email to all the notaries in the network:

First, I want to personally apologize to those notaries who paid the one-time $15 to $20 fee to join our referral program but have not yet been fully activated.

The delay is not because we have forgotten about you. Quite the
opposite. We are still actively developing the Notary Ninjas platform and making significant improvements before expanding the referral network further.

One of the biggest changes is coming with **Notary Ninjas App 2.0**:

The new version will include improved **Apostille support and referral tools**, as well as an **Uber-like mobile notary request system**. Customers will be able to request a mobile notary, and participating notaries will be able to manage their own notary fees, travel fees, and mileage charges.

Unlike Uber and many other marketplace platforms, however, **Notary Ninjas does not plan to take a percentage of your notary or travel fees**. We are developing other ways to generate revenue so that we can maintain the platform, continue adding features, market the directory, and eventually expand the Notary Ninjas network nationwide.

Early Notaries Will Be Our Legacy Team:

We encourage everyone to continue referring other notaries to the Notary Ninjas directory.

Notaries who join the paid referral platform during this early
development period will become part of our **Legacy Team**. These early members will not be charged future recurring membership fees for participating in the network.

Eventually, new notaries joining the referral platform will be charged a small monthly membership fee. Our early supporters are helping us build the foundation of the network, and we want to recognize that support.

We will also continue offering **free directory listings** for notaries who simply want to be listed in the public Notary Ninjas directory.

The larger our directory becomes, the stronger our overall presence becomes on Google and other search engines. Instead of every notary trying to compete individually for visibility, we want to build a large network that helps customers find participating notaries by location and service.

Update your profile!:

Please enhance or update your profile to include as much information as possible. The more information that is available, the better the chances, search engines will be able to find you and book you.

More Features Are Coming:

Another feature currently being developed is a **Notary Ninjas signature code and banner system**.

Participating notaries will be able to place a Notary Ninjas badge or banner in their email signature, website, or other digital
communications. The banner can link directly to their Notary Ninjas directory profile so clients can quickly view their information and services.

We have many additional features planned as we continue developing the platform.

Thank you for joining us early, supporting the project, referring other notaries, and being patient while we build the infrastructure necessary to make Notary Ninjas a much larger nationwide network.

We appreciate every notary who has joined us during this development stage, and we are excited about what is coming next. If you have any ideas on how to expand our apps and services, to better serve you and your clients, please feel free to respond to this email.

How I turned a simple Notary business into a national RON System with a Custom CRM - Funny Story

I work for a law firm, and I originally became a notary simply to provide notary services for the firm. At some point, I had the idea of allowing walk-ins to come in for notary services. My thinking was simple: people would come into the office, see the firm, meet the staff, and become familiar with who we are. Essentially, the notary service became a form of free marketing.

I created a Google Maps listing for the notary service, and, lo and behold, people started showing up. A lot of people.

As the volume increased, keeping up with the required notary logbook and recordkeeping became difficult. Since I have a hard time doing anything halfway, and I also happen to be a software engineer, I decided to build my own solution.

The first version was very simple. I created an electronic sign-in system and placed a QR code in the office. Walk-in clients could scan the code, enter their information, and the data would automatically be uploaded and stored in Dropbox. That became my first digital notary logbook.

Then another idea hit me: why stop at a digital logbook? Why not build an entire CRM around it and use the information to improve client communication and marketing?

I personally hate spam, so I did not want to bombard people with constant promotional emails. Instead, I created a Birthday and Holiday Registry. Clients could receive a simple birthday greeting and occasional holiday message. The purpose was not aggressive advertising. It was simply a friendly reminder that we exist and that they had used our services before. I also added an OpenAI layer that sent each holiday and birthday email custom made. Based on their name and date. Example... The email would say something relating to history or notary on that day.

That worked surprisingly well.

As the business continued to grow, I started receiving more and more walk-ins. Other notaries also became interested in joining the platform and operating under my business name in something similar to a franchise or affiliated network.

That pushed me to expand the software even further.

I began adding more advanced functionality, including additional security layers, enhanced electronic recordkeeping, multilingual support, notary training and quizzes for multiple states, administrative tools, client management features, and more sophisticated compliance functions.

I also developed an advanced remote notary session tracking and request submission system, allowing remote notarization requests to be submitted, assigned, tracked, and managed through the same platform.

What originally started as a simple QR-code sign-in sheet for walk-in notary clients gradually evolved into a complete notary CRM's, recordkeeping, marketing, training, and remote session management platform.

I also built an iOS app that's linked to the CRM (was a nightmare to do). Had to figure out how PHP / Firebase bridge works. So now my iOS app is directly linked to the CRM.

NYS Who's at fault Police Report OpenAI Analyzer

I’ve been experimenting with practical ways to use OpenAI for legal document analysis, and one of my latest projects is an AI-powered NYPD Police Report Fault Analyzer.

The idea is pretty simple: you upload an original PDF or a clear scanned copy of an NYPD accident/police report, and the system analyzes the information contained in the report to help identify potential liability and who may be at fault.

Instead of just summarizing the document, I designed it to look at things such as the parties involved, whether someone was a driver, passenger, pedestrian, bicyclist, motorcyclist, etc., the accident description, contributing factors, officer observations, vehicle information, and other relevant details contained in the report.

The system then uses OpenAI to generate a liability analysis explaining what the report appears to indicate and the reasoning behind the conclusion.

The AI analysis costs $3.

Obviously, AI should not be treated as a replacement for an attorney, especially when determining liability in an actual personal injury case. Because of that, I also added an option for users who want a real lawyer to review the situation.

I linked the system with Law Office of Held & Hines, LLP, a New York personal injury law firm, so users can request an actual attorney review as a backup to the AI analysis. If someone was injured, they can also provide information about their injuries for the attorney to review.

My goal was to build something that demonstrates how AI can be used for more than basic ChatGPT questions. With structured document extraction, OpenAI analysis, dynamic intake forms, and attorney escalation, AI can become part of an actual legal workflow while still keeping a human professional available when the situation requires one.

It’s still important to remember that the AI-generated result is informational and does not constitute legal advice or establish legal liability. Police reports themselves also do not necessarily make the final legal determination of fault.

For anyone interested in trying it or seeing how I built the concept:

NYPD Police Report Fault Analysis | $3 AI Liability Review

I’d also be interested in hearing from developers, attorneys, legal-tech people, or anyone working with document-analysis AI. I think there are a lot of interesting applications for LLMs in legal intake, document review, accident analysis, medical records, demand preparation, and case screening.

Jesus New Name - I dont know how I missed that

Revelation 19:11–16 (KJV):
“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True… His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns… And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God… And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

Lords Prayer not allowed

Apparently, the lords Prayer is not allowed in WMSCOG cult because it doesn’t include God the Mother. When I ask the cult leaders and followers “why do you reject Jesus teachings” they said its the “new age and new prayer.” They got an answer for everything I guess lol.

Made a custom CMS - I hate wordpress lol

So i made a custom CMS that is lighting fast, powerful, and with SEO features that are tied to and automatically or manually managed by OpenAI, funny security features such as WordPress honeypot features where hackers think they hacked my wp-admin and “stole” data but automatically downloads donkey dick pics or fake sql data filled with junk, and then blocks their IP.

If you had one feature you would love to see in a CRM, what would it be?

I also added interesting revenue features:
- If you wanna comment on my post, gotta pay $5
- If you wanna contact me via contact form, gotta pay me $20

Considering making it open source.

Real AdSense banner management system, where u put the codes into the admin and can manually select which type of banner and where you want to display.
