Is this a scam ? More details in the body text probably too long to explain

Person asked me if I traded with him (which I haven't), told him no, told me that means he wrongfully reported me, and then I had to talk with this csham guy, I told him I was getting a bit suspicious and csham sent me this link (3rd photo), that third photo makes him look legit but I just want to know if it could be a scam

In my language, I have ɱ and θ as the only labial or dental sounds (don't ask why, it makes sense trust me), is there a way to fuse the labial and dental column so I don't have to make 2 columns with only one sound each ?

I was thinking of calling it "dental", but I don't know if it's a good idea because people might be confused if it's ɱ or n̪, what are your thoughts ?

Ok guys hear me out, what if :

what if absa had pk thunder ?

(I really like pk thunder because it's a very unique up special, it's a strong recovery but it can easily screw you over if you miss yourself, and it's really fun to charge at people with it, it can also be used as a good edge guarding tool)

What's a character that you think really needs a rework for x or y reason, but you'd still be sad to see their current moveset gone ?

Personally, I'd say Ness and Lucas, maybe cause I'm a Lucas main, but the only special that Ness can do in Earthbound is PK Flash, and Lucas can't do any of them in Mother 3, and rope snake isn't his (though, I am more fine with rope snake staying)

But because those specials are so interesting, I'd love to see, but it is extremely unrealistic, Lucas's and Ness's specials reworked, and ideally the final smash too, and all of Lucas's old specials given to Kumatora, could be Paula too but she doesn't know PK Starstorm so there would still be the same problem regarding the final smash, and because imo Kumatora has a more interesting design

Maybe I just played too much rivals of aether but am I the only one who disables the joystick to jump thing?

I'm not a competitive player so I don't know if maybe it's unviable this way but it feels way more responsive to only jump with the button

Which biome mod makes chunk generating lag less ? Biomes O Plenty, Biomes You'll Go or Regions Unexplored ? Or are they all equally laggy ? (1.19.2 if that matters)

It's for a server, it has Regions Unexplored right now but I might change it if there's a less laggy option

When giving a steam review to a game, do you choose based on if you liked it or if you would recommend it ? (details in body text)

For example, let's say a game that you personnally didn't like, but you're sure that someone who likes the genre might be interested in it, do you give a positive or negative review ?

Another example, let's say a game that you love, but you wouldn't be able to recommend it anymore, for example, because this game 2 came out and it's better in every single way, or it's a multiplayer game and the servers got shut down, or because not enough people play this game anymore, do you give a positive or negative review ?

Can anyone recommend a good free/cheap plug-in or samples of acoustic instruments ? I wanted to make Smash Bros style remixes or victory themes

The only things I have for acoustic instruments are the 250€ version of FL Studio, and Berlin Free Orchestra

In addition to orchestral instruments, I'd also like to know for guitar (acoustic, electric, bass), drums and saxophone

There are 5 games listed in the hidden depths bundle, Blue Prince, Outer Wilds, TUNIC, PEZ and Animal Well, but this blue bird is a 6th character, but there is no 6th game, and I couldn't find who it could be, anyone know ?

I rarely buy games, and there are already a handful of games I want to buy that I already know I'd enjoy, meanwhile, I have never played a game like Civilization, so I don't know for sure if I will enjoy it, but I was still curious anyways. The ones I'm hesitant towards are :

Civilization III for 0,99€

Civilization IV for 3,99€

Civilization VI for 5,99€

Which one should I get myself ? I know I could just refund it if I don't like it but I think I may need more than 2 hours to get an idea of if I like it or not. Also, I don't mind playing an older game, well, maybe except if Civilization games rely heavily on multiplayer, I don't know exactly how they work yet

I've been told the original game was grindy and had a lot of random encounters, is there perhaps an emulator with a modified version of the game that tunes down the random encounters ?
