Is my move correct?

I have a cook in Indiranagar , who takes me granted, absconds every month 4 to 5 days.. suddenly some fever.. someone’s birthday.. some family work..

Besides that, l I’ll also not ask her to come due to my commitments in office somedays and I travel..

So hardly she works like 15 to 20 days, and comes wherever she wants..

Biggest red flag, when my parents or family comes.. she takes leaves.. like until they are gone!!

Now I’m thinking to hire a new cook for me..

I’m not sure.. Should I keep the old one or hire a new one??

I got very sad last month, when I had a surgery and parents came to take care of me and she absconded..

now, 5 days.. for some function..

[OC] Indian Trains = STREETS

This is noise level of 3AC train, it was full of chaos.. ladies talking loudly.. men listening to loud reels on phone.. uncontrolled kids..

Noise level is equal to a street.. imagine, how a closed AC coach can hold a street noise..

People have no idea on behaving silently in public places!!

Anyone has any idea how to prepare that 200 rs Hot Kopi of Kopitiam Lah at home.. I checked some Malayasia coffee but they were all premixes.. and I didn’t like them..
