This was 1" tall yesterday...

Iknow it's late but I had about 40% of my beans die in the cold or eaten by slugs so I'm just looking to fill out my bed a bit more not expecting much

Anyone own a non turbo Mercedes T1?

I own a 208d 1995, and just had my first long run in it. Scotland and back in a day. Probably 500miles. Was mostly fine I knew it would be slow but some points on the motorway it was probably dangerously slow. Any sustained hill it would actually slow down to about 35mph. I know I'm probably not perfected how to drive it but I was shifting down to keep my revs high but just couldn't keep the speed up. This is an almost fully unloaded van aswell. Maybe 100kg in the back.

Are these vans un-useable on motorways these days? Or is there a problem with my engine?

Help me identify the weeds.

I know 90% are probably weeds. This bed was planted with very old seeds and maybe slightly too early. Some stuff came up but got eaten and I've been holding back on removing anything because I didn't want to remove anything we planted. It was planted in rows but I'm not sure what was planted. The potatoes definitely were not planted.

33, sole income house. Young child and wife. Working part time to build my own business as a mobile caterer.

About £46k in the bank from house sale and business sale. about £4.5k in a stocks and shares isa. Renting a house. Maybe 6k left in costs for my mobile business buildout. And around £11k in pension pots.

Currently living above our income don't qualify for any state benefits because we have cash in the bank.

Trying to work out how to get into a position where we are financially comfortable. Seems like we are eating away at our nest egg every time a garage bill comes in or other large expense comes round.

Battery equaliser balanced the voltage but not the capacity/ah?

I'm new so probably worded that wrong...

I recently got this set up and everyone told me to buy an equaliser. Well I got one but it doesn't do anything. Just balances the voltage which doesn't actually move any of the stored power between the batteries?

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here but something has gone wrong.

Does anyone have some real world gas usage stats for the XL unit?

Looking to have 6-7hr cooking sessions and I'm wondering what the gas consumption will be like?

My system will have 300ah of 24v storage (2x 300ah 12v batteries)

I told him the storage capacity of the batteries and he told me I needed much bigger wire and that I would have to use 70mm2...
