Hey all,

I am just after some advice from some more experienced chanel buyers! I have an SA but do not have a big spend history - a classic flap, couple of other bags and a few pairs of shoes and trainers (I’m uk based hence trainers not sneakers 😂). Anyway I really would love the maxi flap (leather) in time for Xmas. Is it even worth me asking about this or is it like really only for those with a huge spend history? If so if I ask now am I more likely to source one before Xmas? Ahh advice or tips greatly welcome.

I am having a very major stress about this! We are currently on holiday in Tenerife and need to fly back earlier than expected. I am with my husband and 2 year old son. There are no seats together available because of how late we booked the flight. The only seats available together were extra leg room but children under 16 are not allowed to sit in these seats as they are emergency exists. I have paid for 2 of these seats and my son is sat in a middle seat 2 rows behind. I am hoping that the people either side of him will swap with either me or my partner of both as their seats are free and hopefully they will take a free upgrade! However just wondering if anyone has experienced this and did the airline automatically move things around so you could be seated together? I’m unsure whether to check in and if I check in I will be accepting the current allocation. Any advice greatly received!

Hi everyone

For years I had highlighted hair which I obviously got done at a salon. I now have all over brown. I’ve had it dyed a few times at a salon but I find it doesn’t last and fades very quickly so I’m back getting it done again. I wanted to ask peoples experience with at home dyes if it’s an all over colour. Is there really much difference between this and a salon colour? It would save me a lot of time and money if I could do it myself!

Sold an item for £120 on Vinted. Sent it via Royal Mail. Royal Mail said they tried to deliver it twice but there was no one in. I messaged the buyer and asked when she’d be able to collect it. She said they’d only tried to deliver it once and she arranged redelivery. I sent her the tracking information showing 2 attempts. The tracking is now saying that a redelivery has already been arranged - however she messaged me to say she went to the depot and it wasn’t there and they told her to come back tomorrow. I feel like this is some kind of scam..has anyone else had this and how did it play out?

Hi everyone I am uk so it’s clear pay here. I bought some hair extensions from a reputable company. After a couple of weeks wear it became apparent the hair is faulty. I contacted the company twice but they are not responding to me. I wanted to open a case with CLEARPAY to help but the only dispute I can find is ‘goods not received’ which they were. I asked the bank about a chargeback request as the money was taken from my bank account by CLEARPAY but they said because the issues isn’t with CLEARPAY there js nothing they can do. Does anyone know how I open a dispute for faulty goods is this even a thing? Don’t know why my phone js autocorrecting to capitals!
