Dipping my toes

I'm in the very beginning stages of looking into becoming a TA. One article I was reading was boasting about Best Day Ever travel. Their start up cost for the better package which includes them helping with client referrals is $3000. Is this an industry standard?

Now that I'm educated (THC/CBD)/ Looking for topical recommendations

I have never been high and have always avoided anything with THC in the description. Reading into it further, I can see the lotions don't have that ability. I am recently diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I've tried some CBD cream from my esthetician, and it is somewhat helpful. Obviously, there is better stuff out there. The one I am using has a strong menthol smell, so I'd like to avoid that.

Really frustrated

The only thing that works is maps, and only if I enter the address while parked. I cannot connect any phone calls to my car. Replying to a text is impossible too. I keep getting a " phone is not responding notification". Have changed cords and restarted the phone, with the problem persisting. The car is 2018 Santa Fe. Phone is Galaxy S24U

St. Thomas departure times

Cruising on Icon next June. Do the departure times change or does Icon always leave early. I think our all aboard is 2 o'clock. Seems early compared to our other stops.

Questions about this excursion

We are a party of 5 adults and one 2-year-old. Three of the adults are interested in snorkeling at Trunk Bay. Two adults aren't snorkeling fans, so they'd stay beachside or on the boat during snorkeling time with the toddler. The age requirement is 6 years old, I'm guessing specifically for the snorkel portion. Will non-snorkelers and the toddler be able to go on this excursion?

I've also heard Trunk Bay has a very tight schedule for getting back on time, so most likely looking to book directly with RC.

Have you done this?

We are definitely interested in some sort of nature excursion. This, along with the included beach break, ticks everybody's boxes. What beach do they stop at? We will be five adults traveling with a 2-year-old. I'd love to hear some feedback on this particular excursion.

I don't want to be high

Recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I have an appointment with a specialist next month. A good friend works in a spa and got me some me some cbd cream. It's taking the edge off mildly. I have never been high so would like to stay away from any thing like that

Flying in a day ahead Miami vs Ft. Lauderdale

Cruising next June out of Miami. I thought we were all set to book the Hotel Intercontinental in Miami, but at $1k+ a room, it's crazy. I liked that it was within walking distance of Bayside Marketplace. Not planning to rent a car, so finding somewhere within walking distance in June is key. Maybe I need to consider other options for the night before. I would also entertain the Fort Lauderdale area. Traveling are 5 adults, 1 toddler.

I love the steroids

My doc has prescribed them for different reasons ar times. It always makes my whole body feel amazing. I know it's a rx that can't be taken all the time. I have a dr appointment coming up and I want to advocate for myself. My hands particularly have been very swollen in morning, mainly my left. I can barely make a fist until my alive kicks in. I also take turmeric which doesn't seem to make a big difference. Also recently started fish oil

Balcony dividers

I booked 3 rooms all next to each other. To do connecting was 3K more. We are category D4 on the Icon. Do the balcony dividers open at all if we want to hang out as a family in the evening

Where to start

I've been a hairdresser for the last 36 years. Lately it's really starting to affect my body. After working with a travel agent for our cruise next year I really loved the interaction and feel it would be a good fit as I get closer to retiring. I was doing a little research last night and saw about start up costs. How much does that usually run?

8 hours later and it's still burning

After suffering for too long, my eye doctor prescribed the generic Restasis. It's been hours, and honestly, it's worse than the dry eye. I tried keeping it in the fridge, with no help regarding the side effects.

Excursions with a 2 yr old

I found one to Magen's Bay that sounded perfect but the age requirement is 3. Is this beach walkable from the port? We're a year out from our trip and I'm really having anxiety I jumped the gun in reserving

Adventure Ocean on the Icon

Is there a dedicated area on the Icon to hang out with a toddler? We previously were going to cruise on Harmony until our destination choice and dates didn't work out. I vaguely remember seeing an area in AO to hang out with the child, in this case its my grandson. I see they do have a babysitting service. Not sure my daughter will be comfortable with that. Any advice on the babysitting services appreciated too.

Which ships to avoid?

Mainly in terms of outdated. We will be traveling with young adults and a 2 year old who doubtfu6 will be potty trained. Splash pad is a must. At this point I would probably prioritize ship over destinations.

These are a few that caught my eye.

Excursions in Cozumel

15 years ago we went to Chankanaab and loved it. Is it still an offered excursion and has it been kept up in the last 15 years?

I'm so sad about this

Every year my husband cuts my bush down to a little stub to winterize. We are in the Midwest. He was so excited to see a little green this morning. It's usually mid July before I get any good blooms. Help me to get him to understand that his shearing skills are overdoing it.

Best toddler friendly ship

I'm starting to research taking a cruise next summer. My husband and oldest daughter (60 & 30) both have milestone birthdays, and my youngest (23) is graduating with her bachelor's. I want to really plan something great. My grandson will be 2. I'm looking to do a 4 or 5-day max cruise. We've cruised RC four times so far. I'm hoping to do one of the newer-ish ships.

Horrible acoustics

Went to a concert this weekend at Kohl Arena. Every band was so distorted. If I didn't know some of the songs, it would have been worse. At least the light show was cool.
