So today i woke up with a email saying my hearing for my alj case started today and will begin reviewing info.

It seemed to start with stage 1 in aug 11th and now stage 3 on Aug 17

Hello if anyone in northern california here can help me. So I recently gotten denied and now have my paper stating why I was denied.

I had just seen my doctor about my issues yesterday and had done some blood work to rule out if I had Fibromyalgia which is the reason I be getting sleepy so frequently even after hours of sleep or having pain all over my body or forgetfulness. Im waiting for these results from my primary care doctor and to also talk to my psychiatrist about if my medication can cause issues to me while dealing with pain and depression or something along the lines. Since I have seen physical therapist about this issue he reccomended me to see a chronic pain specialist which is the reason why today my primary care doctor is also thinking it could be Fibromyalgia and that I also have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis and buldging hernaited disc from my my L3-S1 from my mri xrays in 2025.

I have been dealing with this pain since 2019 and have been not seen any type of improvement and have been let go by many of jobs before due to not being able to keep up due to pain and everything else going on in my head at the time. I tried to stay to jobs but ultimately couldnt join longer due to pain and would have to quit jobs.

Luckily amazon where I was pretty lucky of getting my job and lasting a 2 years from 2022-2024 as to when I took my leave from work from as I was finally having a full time job and have been on long term and short term disability and have gone through state disability insurance for my mental leave and have been on leave since 2024-2026 with approved time off and now have more time off until october 31st 2026 as I keep going to ongoing treatments for both mental and physical now as my company approves long term disability until im 65 years old! As long as I keep going to appointments and showing proof of my pain and conditions.

Thing is i was denied by ssdi due to not having a serious condition. My doctor just seen my yesterday with a new diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. Im now needed to send a message to my psychiatrist for all this too and see if my medications correlate to my symptoms. He also told me if im positive in my blood work and I keep having pain hell be finalizing my diagnosis as Fibromyalgia. I asked if there was anything else he could diagnose this as and he said there could be a few other possibilities but hes certain about this new diagnosis along with my other diagnosis before this new one.

So my question here is what should I do before I appeal with a alj lawyer.

Also can someone please give me some good lawyers in. Central valley by stockton, modesto, Tracy, manteca! That would be appreciated! These areas are like 2 hours away from sacramento or so. I need help with everything please let me know what I should do now after I recieved my denial letter pleae and thank you! I appreciate any tips!

First denial they didnt have medical files.

Second denial my condition isnt too serious for me to still find work.

Idk what else to do. Ive been off work since 2024 for mental and in 2025 for physical. I still see my therapist and psychiatrist and all my doctors like physical therapist and main treating physician. Still take medications. Im still employed with my employer and have been on std,ltd and sdi.

So what is my next move now? What should I do from here on out to win my case?

How long does it take for alj hearing and how long does it last?

Anyone have any good recommendations for a lawyer that is in northern california?

I feel as im not capable of working at all with my constant pain in any new job or existing job. So i really dont know what else to do. 😣😪😔😞😪😮‍💨

Hello, I am nearing 33. And have been dealing with really bad chronic pain since 2019. I have not been able to enjoy hobbies i used to enjoy including riding a bike or going for walks or doing any activity I used to love doing.

Idk what else to do. Gaming and listening to music have been okay and going to accupuncture slightly helps by not too much and I still tend to feel pain from even sitting or laying down.

Anyone know of any good methods to get my body going good with a hobby that I can start doing that will eventually lead to me getting back into old activities? I tend to do physical therapy methods of working out and they slightly help but not all the time. I still to this day have pain and dont know what else to do. This feels super depressing as I feel I have no social life whatsoever. 😪 idk what else to do because i tend to lose interest in simple hobbies like doing art where I need to create designs or other things like drawing or knitting or really much. I cant really collect things either since I dont have a steady income as im waiting for ssdi 😮‍💨😪😭 but def if anyone can help me out in a good hobby for me that isnt gaming please let me know. Ive been driving myself mad with being in my room day in and out.

Soo reason why my case is being sorta slow now is due to my examiner being sick and not being in office for longer.

He did show up today and made a note tho about my voice mail

I spoke to his supervisor and they told me they have doctors reviewing my mental records and my physical pain records!

Hoping I get a answer soon. I called Adam gray too my case was moved to a new examiner. Now ive waited about near a month. 😫 but they did note that I was not working at all through 2024-2026. ☝️

Examiner called today

I didnt get his call cause apparently my phone was acting off and didnt recognize i had service.

I got a voicemail asking if my last day of work was in october 2025 and if ive not returned to work. I left 3 voicemails explaining the same thing but made last message more clear. That I was off work since aug 2024 until aug 2026 with ongoing treatment and that my next appoinment is on july 31st and that im being told to see a chronic pain specialist.

I explained that I was off work from aug 2024-october 2025 for mental leave as amazon only provides up to a year with ltd with mental leave and I was due to be up. Then told them I was on physical leave from october 2025-august 2026 with ongoing treatment with unknown date of actual recovery to return to work and that my job has provided me std, ltd and sdi for my leaves. Im also seeing my primary care doctor, therapist and psychiatrist still.

Will this be in any case of them stating my offset was in october 2025 when ive been off work since aug 2024? And havent returned to work?? My job also fixed my time leave for those dayss

This happened after my step three said they were reviewing my medical files and now theyre asking about when I went off work and asked only about october 2025 but I was off since aug 2024 and i have all medical records proving so.

Ill be calling him tomorrow to let him know more in detail but seems like my case is getting worked on pretty quickly. Idk if after reviewing medical files they ask this question or if they are gonna require more medical records to be sent out for aug 2024 now too.

So i called my examiner last week stating i had only gone to kaiser for years now and he told me last week he will request them. Not sure when he requested them but I was also told I was being sent a third party form and other form to fill out about my medication and my capabilities on what I can or can't do at work and how long it takes me.

Anyways. Im with kaiser. Does anyone here know how long it took for your medical files to arrive or hear a decision after you mentioned to them your hosptial?

Had called my ssdi office handling my claim and was told my files weren't available to them even if I uploaded all my documents to my online portal.

I had told this to my state case worker and she told me she would speak to ssdi about what's going on and she also told me that she recieved all my files and had sent them all over to the government files.

Does anyone know how long this is?

Ive waited a year and two months for reconsideration since may 2025. They failed to retrieve my medical files before hand and had reconsidered me in may 2025 from my original claim in Feb 2025.

I put in a dire need letter and updated any and all informative evidence of forms needed to be signed or medical records.

If anyone's experienced this please let me know what is happening or will happen to my case pleae 🙏

Also my case was transfered to a office with more availability and my case manager told me he had no idea who my government state rep Adam gray was on Thursday. On friday it was showing in my portal for review then monday it showed I needed more documents. I sent these documents in Monday and Tuesday of this week tbh and had sent them over to my government file with the state rep.

So 1.0 is coming out and just now got some heartbreaking news that my past friend who introduced me to play and I helped breed their pals up for raids, has now ended the friendship we had. We planned on doing a full 4 squad thing for 1.0.

I was super excited and thrilled to do this with 2 new people including the past friend but now that shes made it clear that our friendship isnt working out. It seems like I have no one to play with in 1.0.

I dont mind playing alone but the feeling of being thrilled about the game just feels so bleak now.

Would anyone have room for 1 person when 1.0 comes out?

Or would anyone be interested in being in a world with me? Im open to either or.

Recently fixed my att downtime issues!

Whenever I game now and have issues online or so with major lag, I now end up resetting the broadband connection on the gateways portal site!

This changes the channel on your att air gateway which allows you to get leave the congested channel youre on that is causing extreme lag! Ive done this multiple times and its fixed the issue mostly all the time! I get way better speeds right after it resets.

When on stage 3 and getting help from state rep does your status change to let you know a case worker was assigned to your case? Or does it just let you know that they recieved your file and are assigning it to someone the whole time before reaching final steps?

Haven't heard word from my office in over a year now as Its now june 2026!

Called Adam's grays(state rep for my area) office this week on monday and didnt fill out a form they needed to start initially, they called me tuesday morning and I filled out privacy form for my ssdi claim to be expedited due to dire need and hardships. They started sending out information they recieved that same day!

Updated my files with more info about my dire need with Adam's gray office from Tuesday-thursday and was told they updated it as soon as they recieved my email same day too!!

Thursday I called ssdi office that had my claim and told them my situation about working with Adam gray and how I uploaded documents to my files and the dire need letter. Same day ssdi office told me theyll help me get someone to be assigned to my case and that theyll send a privacy form that I sent out already but I asked for them to send it out again to be double sure of assurance. They never sent the privacy form out that day.

Today (friday) I called in ssdi office that had my claim again and they told me my case moved to san Diego. I asked to speak to someone else and they put me on call with my case manager in the office where I thought my claim is still in and they told me no it moved to San Diego.

I just checked my account and now my date changed from May 2025 to june 26th 2026!

Hoping to god I get approved and hear back ASAP 🙏 🙌 🛐✝️😭

How long did it take for your settings to change after unsubscribing?

I seen that active armor routed my hospital calls to voicemail! And possible other calls I needed to answer!! Before unsubscribing I allowed any and all calls to be recieved. But idk if thatll work out due to me unsubscribing after my phone restarted.

This kinda is aggravating cause im supposed to hear back from my hosptial tomorrow for an appointment! 😭 the thing is when I checked active armor call log its showed calls that werent on my phone call log at all!! It says within 24 hours but idk if thats true.

Has anyone done this and how fast were you able to see calls you couldnt before?
