I don't have time to keep looking for a trustworthy LLMD... Which tests, from your experience, have been most reliable from IGeneX when it comes to diagnosing?

I'm trying to decide between the BCA1 Broad coverage assay panel or
the 4IB (4 ImmunoBlots) from IGeneX.
My symptoms are fully present, so I don't see the value in FISH testing considering I know the infection is active.

I don't mind spending the money as long as it's reliable testing so I can finally start non-blind treatment.
I have Medicaid and just asked my LLMD (Dr William Rollow) to send a note to my PCP to request prior authorization for IGeneX testing. I don't trust him to help me to be frank.

How can I get my insurance (Anthem VA Medicaid) to cover Xifaxan? It was covered last year once. Usually it takes 2 or 3 times to work according to doctors.

Color-matching tool for shoe mock up

What are the most intuitive free tools I can use for color matching a shoe mock up? I've already decided on the specific Angelus paint colors I'll be using; I just need the tool to test how the colors will look before I start painting them.

Thank you

Treatment for late-diagnosed Lyme

I started to get Lyme symptoms in 2022 and am just now getting diagnosed.

What treatments or strategies have you found to be the most effective in eliminating symptoms of fatigue and depression? I haven't been able to exercise in 3 months; I get flu-like symptoms after.

My doctor suggested either doxycycline or azithromycin as first-line treatment and also talked about disulfiram, rifampin, cat's claw, Japanese knotweed, and potentially ivermectin.

What about peptides?

Has anyone tried any of these options?

He was explaining that standard tests are not reliable because they only test for specific microbes and not all of them.

Fatigue for 5 months caused by stimulants?

I’ve been off of stimulants for 7 weeks now and sleeping on average 12 hours per day. My body can barely handle any physical activities anymore without giving me flu like symptoms after.

Is there a name for this?
It’s as if stimulants activated some sort of chronic fatigue syndrome within my body?

I started my medication trials in January and tried 11 different stimulants, 9 amphetamines, 2 methylphenidate.

I never took stimulants more than 6 days in a row to avoid heavy rebound or develop a high tolerance.
Usually 3 -4 times per week.
I was on no more than 20mg amphetamines for reference.

Only 4 of those medications were generic, the rest were brand name.

All my blood work is normal…classic.

What to do with normal levels of Homocysteine?

I have debilitating ADHD but have optimal levels of Homocysteine 6.7 umol/L.
My B vitamins are also fine on my blood panels.

Enlyte supplement overstimulated me and ADHD meds make me sick.

What are some practical next steps I can take to treat executive dysfunction.
My diet and lifestyle are already on point.

I’m looking for solutions, not empathy, thank you.

Breath and skin

I have methane SIBO but don’t suffer from bloating anymore, but my breathe and skin have gotten much worse.

What is the solution to both of these?

Antibiotics don’t make sense considering there’s only a guarantee of damaging gut lining and flora.
