Third world countries usually adapt new technologies way slowly, so it's unlikely they get effected with AI unemployment apocalypse, or at least the effect won't be as hard

So after getting into an argument with this guy ( the argument wasn't about something serious, just some powerscaling shit)

Then the guy started stalking my account keep commenting the same comment at my pfp exclusive posts

After I blocked he made a new account that is only few days old to keep doing it, he even doesn't do anything else with said account

I tried reporting it for harassment and spam but I want to know if there's something far more quicker I could do

Since both light and radiation are forms of electromagnetic waves, is it possible to turn radiation into electricity the same way solar panels do with sunlight?
