Wanted to watch this much earlier but gotten busy with life a lot. I found a perfect opportunity today and decided to sit down and see it, I absolutely LOVED IT!

the atmosphere and the still shots are really creepy, the soundtrack is great, the acting is really good, and I like the mix of comedy and tension.

the parts with the kid naratting it felt like those old creepypasta readings videos I used to always watch as a kid, so I liked that one part too.

what I especially loved about the movie is the different perpectives. How this event is processed differently by each character, with their own biases and visions.

Aunt Gladys had an amazing reveal with how, unlike most villians, she immediately leans into the comedic side instead of trying to look super intimidating, but then we see her evil and demonic version later on, which makes her have a really unique dynamic. I also felt really bad for poor Alex :(

in my opinion, like I stated before, I feel like this movie explores how the situation is handled by the characters to be very well. I especially liked Archer's part as it shows how much he grieves his son and how he tries to work with it. The fact he did more work than the police ever did is outstanding.

all in all, it was super awesome. Youve done well Zach Cregger. Im planning on seeing his Resident Evil movie soon too.

All the classic and beloved slashers are coming back

Jason is getting a new series later this year

A new Halloween movie is in production (plus the halloween game later this year

A new Chucky movie is in production

2 new ttcm movies (the A24 one and the animated adaptation) + a tv series are happening

Hell EVEN A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET IS GETTING A MOVIE SOON!

And obviously a new Scream movie would probably come out in the following years.

We also have that upcoming hellraiser game but in terms of movies I dont know if any new pinhead movies are gonna come out.

This is genuinely amazing news to me

Welp, I finally came around to seeing all the films and binge watched all of them, I couldn’t do it previously because my country sucks and half the streaming sites aren’t available in my region so I had to dig through and search a lot to find a way to watch them, with that out of the way, ima get straight to the point.

Part 1 was.. and I hate saying this.. very boring. It had a strange beauty to it and I like Pamela as a character, but I just didn’t enjoy it in general. The actors didn’t even react properly to being killed like, the fuck were they doing? I get its just a cheesy slasher film, but still.

Part 2 was definitely an upgrade, and imo, the scariest one. I really liked it. Also the shot with muffin being dead really caught me off guard, gave me the idea that this movie really aint fucking around.

Part 3 was awesome. I liked it a lot. Though I wish I had a pair of 3D Glasses so I could experience it better. Was still a solid movie though

Part 4 was very good too, great introduction to the iconic Tommy Jarvis, though my one critique is that I wish we had more Jason onscreen, it felt like I barely saw him in the movie before the final act.

Part 5 was really fucking funny, I did NOT expect it to enjoy it this much honestly, and Tommy being a karate kid is cool.

PART 6 IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE! I LOVE THIS MOVIE A LOT! Nothing else said, I just love this entry so much.

Part 7 was really great and has the best Jason design ever. However the random cuts between shots were really confusing, felt like I was watching a censored version of the movie.

Part 8 was surprisingly very fun to watch, even if the title is a lie (they only come to new york an hour into the movie), and I enjoyed it.

Part 9 was… really fucking weird. Also disgusting, and disturbing, whatever else you can call it, I did not like it at all. At least with part 1 it was cus it felt boring and I dont think its terrible, but part 9? This shit is so ass

FvJ IS FUCKING AWESOME! I REALLY LOVED IT! Its definitely my 2nd favorite entry in the franchise! The whole ride was awesome and I love robert’s performance as Freddy, he killed it!

Jason X was also a fun watch tbh, Jason going to space is a silly yet funny idea, also Uber Jason looks cool as fuck.

The remake was pretty good, I liked it. It’s one of the most brutal entries imo, Jason was a literal menace in it.

Cant wait for the Crystal Lake series to drop.

Holy shit, THAT WAS AMAZING! I FUCKING LOVED IT!

This show was REALLY good and packed with so many surprises and I really enjoyed it!

Season 1 was very good, great introductory to the characters, and has a lot of good surprises, and was really cool all in all

Season 2 was THE BEST OF THEM! Packed with SO MANG SURPRISES! Billy boyd coming back for ep8 to voiceact GG? IM IN!!! Also, ima be honest.. I never believed that good chucky bullshit, always had suspicions, and I was right

Season 3 was really good too, maybe not as good as season 1 and 2, but its great. I did NOT except Chucky to try blowing up the whole damn world😭 (I guess he succeeded with only the north pole, still really crazy), the spirit realm plot was actually really good too. Also since when the fuck did Caroline learn how to drive???

I am whoever really upset that we dont have a season 4 :( though im glad we’re getting a new movie which should hopefully answer the cliffhanger in the ending.

I know the show is mixed with fans, and I can understand that, it isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I personally really loved it :D

I used to main fogborn back when precode was out, I had him at like 40+ levels, but I wanted to try recode fogborn and everything is just.. too confusing, even after going to the practice area, but I genuinely do want to continue to have him as a 2nd main (because obviously brutum will stay as my 1st main)
