HELP: Can’t fully mew

does anyone else have this problem?

I’ve been trying to keep proper tongue posture, but I can’t seem to get my entire tongue on the roof of my mouth. I can place the tip behind my front teeth, but the middle/back of my tongue won’t stay up comfortably.
I’m currently undergoing Invisalign treatment and have a deep bite/TMJ issues, so I’m wondering if that could be contributing.
Has anyone experienced this? Was it due to a tongue tie, narrow/high palate, poor tongue mobility, or just lack of practice? What ended up helping you?

When did your orthodontist start elastics with Invisalign?

I’m curious about other people’s experiences.
If you needed elastics with Invisalign, at what tray did your orthodontist have you start wearing them?
Mine wants me to start around tray 5–6, but I was wondering if that’s pretty standard or if some people started from tray 1 or 2.
Did starting later affect your results at all, or was there a reason your orthodontist waited?
I’d love to hear your experiences and what kind of bite issue you were correcting (deep bite, Class II, overjet, etc.).

help: Do I have a tongue tie?

Having trouble keeping my tongue on the roof of my mouth.
I’ve attached a photo of the underside of my tongue.
I’ve always struggled to keep my entire tongue on the roof of my mouth, especially the back part. I can get the tip up, but I can’t comfortably keep the whole tongue suctioned to my palate.
I’m currently undergoing Invisalign treatment for a deep bite/TMJ issues, and I’m wondering if a tongue tie could be contributing to my problems.
From the photo, does this look like a tongue tie (or a mild posterior tongue tie), or does it seem more like a habit, high palate, or lack of tongue mobility?
If anyone has had a similar experience or if any dentists, orthodontists, or myofunctional therapists can share their opinion, I’d really appreciate it.

Looking for entry-level watch

Hey everyone,
I’m looking to buy a good entry-level watch. If anyone is planning to sell a Seiko, Tissot, Citizen, or a similar brand, feel free to send me a DM.
I’m mainly interested in well-maintained watches with box and papers if available. Open to both automatic and quartz models depending on the watch.
Thanks!

PLEASE HELP: Orthodontist told me I was getting Invisalign Comprehensive but I received Invisalign Lite instead. Did I get fooled?

I need some advice because I’m extremely frustrated.

My orthodontist convinced me to choose Invisalign over braces and quoted me 1600$ . Before I paid, he told me I would be getting an Invisalign Comprehensive plan, around 28 trays initially, plus refinements if needed. Based on that, I agreed to treatment.

After paying the first installment, I waited almost 6 weeks for the trays to arrive. During that time I kept getting different delivery dates and explanations. Communication was poor throughout.

Today I finally received my aligners. When I checked the packet, it clearly says Invisalign Lite and 1 of 14 trays.

Now the doctor is telling me that after these 14 trays, if my bite and alignment are not corrected, he can order another set later.

I was actually getting BRACES, and I have moderate bite issues (CLASS II DIV 2), but the orthodontist told me to get Invisalign because there’s not much price difference between the two. He lied to me that I'd get a comprehensive plan and fix my bite issues, but I ended up getting Lite. I thought he was giving discount or something cause he is pretty famous here.

My concern is this:

If I paid for what I was told was a Comprehensive plan, why am I holding a packet that says Invisalign Lite? If the treatment requires additional trays later, he could have order all at a time. after will I be charged again? cause i don’t trust him much

At this point I feel like I was promised one thing verbally and delivered something different. I have lost trust because the information keeps changing.

Has anyone else been told they were getting Comprehensive but later found out their aligners were labelled Lite? What documents should I ask for to verify exactly what Invisalign package was actually ordered?

Is a 40–45 day wait normal for Invisalign trays?

I paid and got scanned on May 2. My orthodontist initially said I’d receive my first trays in around 20–21 days, but now it looks like it’ll be 40–45 days from scan to delivery.

My ClinCheck is approved, but the trays weren’t shipped until recently. For those who have done Invisalign, how long did your first trays take to arrive after the scan? Is a 5–6 week wait normal, especially for a deep bite/more complex case?

Need advice from people who had TMJD/malocclusion/body pain issues.

I had braces around 4 years ago but only wore my retainers for about 1 month and then stopped completely. Over the years my bite became uneven again and now I have:
•jaw tightness/recess mandibular
•headaches/migraines
•neck & upper back pain
•body tightness/posture compensation feeling
•one side bite feels heavier
•narrow upper arch/palate feeling
I’m starting Invisalign soon with elastics/refinements planned. Could not wearing retainers after braces have caused my bite relapse and TMJD symptoms over time?
Did fixing my bite actually improve:
•TMJ pain
•neck/body tension
•headaches
•posture/tightness
Also what helped you the most:
•Invisalign/braces
•splints/night guards
•physio
•airway/expansion treatment
(I got these all symptoms)
anything else?
Would appreciate real experiences because this has been affecting me badly for months.

URGENT NEED HELP PLEASE

:Orthodontist delaying delivery(5-6 weeks)

Invisalign late delivery of first trays after 5-6 weeks. I made the payment on 1st May and the doctor didn’t send the Invisalign progress to the USA until 18th may when i came and met him he told me he would be sending the Invisalign progress sooner and he would have sent it probably idk. Now it's 1st June he still hasn’t given the Invisalign aligners and is telling me that I'll be giving at 10th-12th or maybe the 17th June. He is giving reasons like I have a deep bite, misalignment and everything and I have kind of a severe case. At first, I met him he told me my case is minor and I'll be getting the tray aligners around after 20-21 days. But it's too late; it's like 5-6 weeks i didnt get i might feel he will delay more idk. Should I ask for refund or i wait? I’ve actually been having TMJ pain for 8 months and it’s getting worse day by day.
Please give me some suggestions what to do

Thar roxx rwd star edition or 4wd Ax7L?

My daily usage is 40km, 30 per cent on nice roads and 70 per cent on bad, pothole-ridden roads. I’ll be going to the hills on the weekend or for any offroading trips. Is RWD capable or should I get 4x4?
