Do u need domicile certificate for NUMS, AKU & PMDC?

So I applied for nums and aku, and it didn't ask for a domicile certificate (only B-Form or CNIC). BUT nums did ask for the domicile of the student, just the city name. I just picked the city I'm from (I don't have a domicile certificate but do have a juvenile smart card and both addresses are the same, the same city I was born in).

PMDC registration hasn't started yet but do u need domicile during registration?

Also would u need domicile during admission in any of these? Cuz I heard it's a long and difficult and mentally challenging process. What Abt other unis like UET etc.

HELP NEEDED. Name not showing in NUMS MDCAT Fee challan (KUICKPAY)

As you can see, in Image 1 there is name on the NUMS portal, In image 2, on the KUICKPAY portal (where u download the challan) there is no name, in image 3, there is no name on the challan itself

My 20th century family does not do online banking, so physical payment is my only option. I tried to submit it with the unnamed challan, they didnt accept it. My friend's name does appear on his challan and at every stage, and he paid it. I tried using other devices, refreshing, re downloading, using another email & phone number, logging out and then re logging in. Nothing works.
