I got a bad sunburn recently in my forehead area. And didn't sweat in that area then. I wonder why?

I noticed while recovering from the sunburn I didn't sweat much at all in that area. But now that I have recovered I'm back to sweating in that area. Interesting that the suburb recovery overrode by sweat there.
