Looking for an old WoW rap…

Back in the OG days there was a rap that someone made trying to get in to a guild. My brain can’t let me forget things once they pop in there and I’m hoping someone can help me find this..

his name was like DKZ or DBZ or something. and there’s a line in the rap that goes something like “You got a Rogue named Staber who I think meant Stabber…”

all my efforts to find it have failed..

Transmission Bucking - Need help getting Dealer to repair/replace under warranty

2020 Subaru Forester Premium
92k Miles

My car has been "bucking" coming out of a dead stop slowly in to first and second gear. It's pretty noticeable to the point where people in my car have commented on it. It's worse in stop and go traffic for sure.

I brought it in to the Dealership for service under warranty (CVT Warranty is 100k miles). They stated that when they scanned it the CVT wasn't looking like it normally should (photo included.)

They suggested a CVT "relearn" and then retested. They comped that work, even though it should be covered under warranty, but after a very short period of time, the bucking came back - admittedly not as bad as it used to be, but it's there.

The Service Rep told me CVT "learns" how people drive. So if someone is "herky jerky" it will start to perform that way. It's only me driving, and I don't drive like that at all.

My ask: Any way I should word this conversation or how to bring up that it needs to be fixed properly as its approaching the warranty mileage?

Also included all the other service they "Recommend" as usual

Anyone else sweating PROFUSELY on Wellbutrin?

So I’ve been on Wellbutrin for just anout a year now. I’ve ended up on the 150ml XR and have been doing fine mood wise. But I’ve been sweating this summer at an insane rate.

Yes, I’m out golfing a lot. Yes it’s New England in summer. And yes, I was generally a pretty good sweater when I was more active, running, etc.

But holy hell these last few weeks have been insane. I’m pouring sweat any time I’m outside or doing any sort of basic work in the yard.

Im tired of doing all this disgusting laundry and showering twice a day.

Devices that go in to Sleep Mode not reconnecting to the network

I've had some issues with my TP Link Deco devices the last couple of weeks and wondering if anyone can offer some assistance.

It started with my Apple TV. I would wake the device up and it would not be connected to my network. Not only that, I would go in and try and force a reconnect - nothing. I would "Forget" the network in the Apple TV settings and when I tried to put the password back in, I would even get an "Incorrect password" message. I know 100% that it's the right password.

So I would need to go in to the Deco App and delete my Apple TV from the list, before it would be able to reconnect. Incredibly frustrating.

Now I am starting to see this happen with other devices that go in to Sleep Mode. My work laptop will power down, and when coming back up will not immediately regain access to the WiFi. I can simply turn off WiFi on the laptop and turn it back on and that seems to solve the issue in this devices case. Not a huge problem... but wildly inconvenient and not at all how it should work.

I've tried a few combinations of settings. Turning Beam Forming and Fast Roaming on and off. My Google'ing advised that a "High Capacity Mode" might be a good idea, but I no longer see that in my settings.

Any thoughts on how I can fix this?

Network Stats:

Security: Default Encryption

Band: 2.4GHz, 5GHz, 6GHz

Channel Width for 5GHz: 80 MHz

Why isn't Automation a thing with Blink?

There's one thing I don't understand and that's why Blink has yet to offer us the option to automate when we want our system to be Armed vs. Disarmed. It's so silly that we need to do this manually if we want to stop cameras from recording clips.

It would save them storage space so it doesn't catch me mowing my lawn 250x every Saturday morning...

Such a miss.

Look at me; I'm the Light Captain now

So my wife and I moved in to a house a little over a year ago. Plenty of space, nice backyard, and a great little secluded neighborhood.

We are neighbors to house that's been converted in to a 3 or 4 family apartment/house. There's a handful of random entrances, one of them being on the side of the home where the driveway is. That side is also the same side where my bedroom window at the head of our bed is. So that bedroom window looks down on their driveway/apartment door.

There's a few trees between our house and there's but in total it's probably 40-50 feet and the tree cover isn't very thick.

The problem is, they have a double floodlight above the door. Sort of like the one that would be above a 4-car driveway. It's incredibly bright and it is ALWAYS on. ALWAYS. It never turns off, not even during the day.

So there are nights over the past several weeks where I've woken up and the light is blaring in to our bedroom window. The floodlights are not aimed directly at our window, but they're bright enough to shine through.

I reached out to the owner of the home to see if he could connect with the tenant just to advise them to turn the light off at night. I'm all for safety, but your car is immediately outside the door. It truly doesn't need to be on 24/7 - no response.

Weeks and months go by and I weigh my options, and as I was installing some smart lights around my home - the idea hit me.

I snuck over to their home one night and replaced the flood lights with two Smart Flood Lights and connected those to my home hub. I left them as is for a few weeks to see if that person would notice and to nobody's surprise, they didn't.

That's when I turned on the automation. Every night at 10pm (my bed time) - the lights turn off. Each morning at 5am shortly before they head off to work, the lights turn back on.

I can now sleep in a peacefully dark bedroom and control the lights without them knowing.

Deco XE75 Mesh has "Delay" on WiFi Connectivity

Purchased my TP Link Deco XE75 AXE5400 mesh setup a few months back. Have a 3-story house with one on each floor. They're positioned fine, usually up one level and one room away. Good signal through the house, etc.

The one thing I have noticed is a 5-10 second "lag" on the connection actually working on some devices. My mobile phones, especially. I go to pull up a website and Safari will just inevitably sit as a paused white screen... then seconds later the page will start to load.

I'll notice at times on my laptop (which is hardwired) that if I pull up a YouTube video, the site will pop up the small "Experience Interruptions?" dialogue in the bottom left of the page... but then continue to load relatively quickly.

I haven't gone so far as to assign prioritization (tried once early on and the experience seemed unreliable). I usually don't jump around a ton in the house, so not sure if it's an access point connection handoff thing...

Any thoughts on what might be causing it or a potential fix?

Didn't think I'd enjoy these books as much as I do - A Bookworm's Husband's perspective

Let me start by saying my wife and I share absolute opposite tastes when it comes to our forms of entertainment. I prefer big screen action/adventure movies, comedies, and the usual 1980's/90's rewatchable classics. I'm not a huge reader, and what I've read are things like Ready Player One, etc.

My wife on the other hand read 85 books last year, loves gore/horror, and can't stand watching Top Gun for the 1200th time. In fact she'd never even seen Top Gun until we met! I have turned her in to a LOTR/Star Wars fan over time... so we have found some middle ground.

She always joked about having me read some of her "Romantasy"/Smut books - for... reasons.

My New Year's Resolution this year was to try and pick up reading. Nothing huge... just a chapter a night. It started with Project Hail Mary because I had heard how good it was and people were excited about the movie. So each night, I'd commit to reading a chapter - no more than a chapter - and before I knew it, I was closing that book and was really impressed with how much I enjoyed it.

So what to read next? Well I tried to transition over the Artemis, Andy W's other book, and it just wasn't doing it for me. So I joked that I could start reading Fourth Wing and with how many chapters there are, I'd be done by the time her April vacation rolled around.

Fuck me if I didn't really enjoy that book! The writing is really good - I expected some awful Fifty Shades of Grey dialogue/scenery... with really bad fantasy world building. I was so happy I was wrong.

I still stuck to my one chapter per night rule... until I got to the latter third of Iron Flame. I've ready 3+ chapters a night the last few nights and I've had to forcefully put it down to save some for later.

The dialogue is great - especially Tairn & Andarna... I've audibly laughed at some of their back and forth. The character building is really well done. The world building is done naturally and is easy(ish) to follow along... and I'm genuinely excited to keep reading.

Why did you all keep this a secret for so long?!

Has anybody found professional style Joggers that you can wear to the office (think Lulu ABC material/style) that fit taller folks? I'm 6'4" with a 36" inseam. I'm getting tired of buying Joggers only to return them because they barely get to my shins.

American Tall seems to be popular but their look/style is still too running/sweatpant-ish, as opposed to professional.
