How was Mirhimah Sultan Even more rich than Sultan Selim ||?
reddit.comChemistry does matter and Klaroline is the perfect example of that.
Mind you they were never officially together and never even dated it was just hook up, kiss and mostly flirting and yet they’re the most talked and famous ship of TVDU after Delena. There are actual couples like Bonenzo, Haylijah, Forwood and people don’t talk about them as much as they talk about Klaroline. But non of this would’ve happened if the chemistry between these actors wasn’t good which goes on to show that no matter how much people deny it chemistry does make impact.
If Ruqaiya were shown to have a daughter in the show what kind of relationship do you think she’d have with her daughter? Given the fact that one of her biggest goal was to become MUZ and obviously bearing a princess wouldn’t make that possible.
reddit.comIf Jenny was also one of the rich kids would she still be so disliked/hated?
(May contain spoilers)
One thing I’ve always wondered is that if Jenny was also one of the rich kid like Blair and Serena would she be perceived in a different way from both characters in the show as well the gossip girl fandom. I know that there are people who do like Jenny, even love her but it won’t be wrong to say that majority of the people who’ve watched Gossip girl very much dislike Jenny. She was annoying yes and could be handful but it’s also important to remember that Jenny was the product of her environment and she turned out to be the way she did because of how she was treated by others around her.
In S1 she’s the youngest and just like her brother Dan she also wants to be a part of Blair’s world wants to be her friend. Ofcourse things get gradually easier for Dan and he forms a significant bond with all the characters of UES because he’s smarter and more clever and being romantically involved with Serena was his biggest benefit. Jenny on the other hand immediately rebels which makes her seen as the bad guy in the eyes of both characters and the audience. Remember that sleepover episode? Where Jenny walks out of the sleepover and Blair tells her no one walks out of sleepover to which Jenny replies saying there has to be first time for everything and confidently walks out and even keeps the jacket. I think from that very moment Blair decided she does not like Jenny because she dared to Defy her and obviously Blair specially in S1 didn’t liked being Defied. And since majority of Gossip girl fans love Blair we don’t like it when someone rebels against our favourite character.
Had Jenny cowered shed be a background character like Penelope or Nelly Yuki who aren’t really relevant but her defiance is what made her standout. Even further in the show she’s never afraid to defy or confront anyone if it’s needed she had even confronted Eleanor if I remember. She did questionable things obviously specially after Blair chose her as the queen but she didn’t do anything that the people of UES didn’t do or wouldn’t do. But it’s easier for us as an audience to look past their mistakes and still like them because this show is literally about how rich people can do scandalous things, horrible things and get away with it, people might say that’s because they’re the main character but it’s really not because if it was people would treat Georgina the same way they treat Jenny. Georgina wasn’t the main character she reoccurred every now and then made their lives hell, created chaos and went away but people still love her because she’s also one of the UES. We never see her family and parents but considering she used to hang out with Serena before Serena went to boarding school and they were good friends kinda proves that she also comes from wealth.
Jenny had a lot of potential as a character and I really wish her dynamic with Blair was explored more. Blair choosing her as the next queen is the literal proof that she might not have liked her but she could see that she was talented and had potential. Blair definitely didn’t like when Jenny defied her but I think she respected her courage.
Fratricide Law in Mughal Empire
If Mughals also practiced Fratricide Law like ottomans did do you think things would’ve taken a darker turn after the leap in show where Salim, Murad and other princes would constantly fight over the throne. Do you think Salima would’ve also started plotting and conspiring if Murad had the chance of becoming Jalal’s successor. Also do you think makers would give Ruqaiya a son born after Salim so that she can find ways to make her son next Sehenshah?
This plot is extremely stupid and I cannot wait for it to end.
Isabella is beautiful no doubt but oh my god the actress who portrays her cannot act at all she has same expression for all the scenes and emotions which is why her scenes are so boring to watch. Secondly this plot makes no sense at all I mean I get it Suleiman is a Sultan he is powerful but is he powerful enough to keep a literal princess hostage?? If Isabella was any ordinary beautiful woman than it would have made sense but she’s a literal princess. Keeping a royal dynasty member a hostage just because he’s powerful this Sulo has no ethics and manners. Also why was it only her fiancé who stepped up and tried saving her? Where are princess’s family members? Where’s the king or the queen? Where are her siblings? Don’t they care about their princess being held hostage? Also why was their no wrath from Castile when they thought she died in fire? Why no one not a single person tried attacking Ottomans for her death (as they believed she died) why non of her family asked Suleiman for justice? Imagine something similar happened to Hatice or Mihrimah ottomans and their gp would not stay silent.
Ntm the most ridiculous how did she develop feelings for Suleiman? He captured her and held her hostage against her wish, she begged to go again and again but he didn’t let her, he captured her fiancé and threatened to kill him and even made everyone believe she was dead. ALL this to satisfy his ego and lust and yet Isabella still developed feelings for him.
Idk what makers were smoking thinking of this plot it’s so stupid and unnecessary.

reddit.comWhich one of these character played by Nebahat Çehre is considered more popular and iconic?
Kinda curious about this cuz I’ve been watching Magnificent Century and recently started watching Ask- I Memnu and both of her characters in the shows are different than the other. Really wanna know which character is more well liked by general public.
When did the animosity between Hurrem and Ibrahim actually started and what was the reason behind it?
I think it’s obvious that after Leo’s death Hurrem’s hatred towards Ibrahim only intensified by 100x but these two already didn’t seem to like each other since the beginning itself and I’m sorry I might have missed something or unnoticed something but where did this animosity actually come from? Did Hurrem hate Ibrahim because he was close to Suleiman and for her she wanted to be the only one who’s close to him? Or did she hate him because he helped Mahidevran? And as for Ibrahim what was his reason even? He literally picked Hurrem so why hate? Was it because she was rebellious and didn’t obey anyone easily or was it because he saw her potential to rise in power from the beginning?
Honestly even if they absolutely hate each other their dynamic is so interesting to watch.

I wanna go swimming it’s so hot but I’m stuck at my job lmao
reddit.comGoing to the gym is helping me get over my fear of being perceived.
Prior to this I’d never been to the gym but 3 weeks ago I said “Screw it I’m getting the membership” so I did and not just any kind of membership but an exclusive one, even though I was shy and anxious as to go I knew I had to cause I had already paid so I did go. The very first day I ask the lady on the counter to show me around there were too many people so I got intimidated and came back without doing anything but I knew I still had to push myself and go no matter how hard it might be.
The first day I was so so nervous I got on the treadmill and that’s all I did that day that too for only 30 minutes, then second day I did some cycling too. But then after a week I noticed that no one was really looking at me and was really minding their own business, maybe they were looking idk because yes there were times when I struggled with some machines and adjusting them back maybe people looked at me and thought “who’s this stupid girl” but I was doing what I wanted to do regardless, one week prior I was only walking on treadmill but now I was exploring other machines and using dumbbells as well which made me realize the only way to get over the fear of being perceived is by showing up and doing it cause we are never escaping people, regardless of whether I do something or I don’t do anything I’ll always be surrounded by people there’s no way I can escape that and people are gonna talk regardless so it’s definitely better to put yourself and your actions out there then to not do anything. If they talk, laugh, say something negative that’s on them my job is to only show up and take the action.
Can we say Anne Boleyn got the last laugh?
I know very little about the Tudor dynasty but what I do know is that Anne Boleyn was executed after being falsely accused of witchcraft and adultery although I do believe Henry executed her because she didn’t give him son and those accusations were just excuses. However considering the fact that later on it was Anne’s daughter Elizabeth I who took over the throne and by not having any children she ended Henry’s bloodline so can we say that she was Anne Boleyn’s greatest revenge and that Anne Boleyn got the last laugh?
Has anyone here watched Magnificent Century?
reddit.comDoes jumping rope help?
I recently purchased a jumping rope and I’m thinking about using it as weight loss tool whenever I get time or take my brother to the park. On the scale of 1 to 10 how effective it is?
Desperate housewives: Tom Scavo wasn’t really that bad tbh
People hate Tom Scavo because the show is called Desperate HOUSEWIVES and it mainly shows things from Housewives perspective that’s why people mostly sympathize with Lynette Scavo. Had this been a regular show people would’ve sympathized with Tom more imo, he’s not perfect no but I can only imagine how exhausting it must be to live with someone like Lynette who’s controlling, judgemental, obnoxious and thinks she’s always right.
As someone who loves reading book I don’t care if the author is bad person or problematic
Cancel me for all I care but as long as the writing is good and the story is interesting I’ll read the book and I honestly couldn’t care about the author being problematic. People are so dramatic regarding this as if two things cannot co exist at once you can read their book and also condemn their behaviour and actions. Because what do you expect me to do? Drop the book suddenly because author is problematic? Well wrong person that ain’t me.
