Sundays are for WoW and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches . I made using my pressure cooker :)
Recipe:
2lbs pork shoulder
About 4tbsp famous Dave's rib rub seasoning
1/2 cup bbq sauce (famous Dave's as well)
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp worshy sauce
Cut the pork into about 2 inch chunks, seasoned generously with rib rub, seared on all sides in pressure cooker (in batches). After searing, added all meat back into pot with sauce, stock and W-sauce. Pressure cooked for 40mins, natural release for 20. Removed meat, shredded, and reserved 1 cup of cooking liquid. Added meat back with remaining bottle of BBQ sauce into cooker. Threw it on some sourdough and voila
I also like to refer to her as super anxiety dog cause if she doesn't get her daoly exercise, she explodes lol. Sypha is 4, has had 11 puppies with her husband (male GSD) and hilariously slides around the house when she runs, as she commonly loses traction on the hardwood floors.
Hi all. Wanted to share my mitsubishi ralliart that I bought in July of 2015. 183k miles on original trans and engine. Never missed a single routine maintenance on any part of this car. Oil changes every 3k miles. Forever grateful to everyone who has worked on my car throughout the years to keep it running this long. To be honest, I'm worried about how much time I have left with this engine considering the high mileage; anyone here have any suggestions on what to swap it with when it's finally time? Thanks!
He's usually like this when relaxing. Always makes me laugh.
